Placed order on the app, it was accepted. Went to pick it up and there was practically nobody in the store. The cashier saw me and ignored me. Both workers stayed in the back on their phones. When I finally got to speak with the cashier after almost 10 minutes I asked about the order I placed almost 40 minutes previously. After looking it up the order they stated they could not do the order since they didnt have cheese or sauce.
Why does the staff not cancel orders if they dont have the ingredients??? If they had cancelled the order I wouldn’t have gone to the store and wasted their time as well as mine.
I understand this is a busy store, I truly do. However, they were not busy at the time. They could have cancelled the order and all of this could have been avoided.

It takes at LEAST an hour to two hours to even get your order. The app eta is never even remotely close to the actual time the order will be ready. Staff couldn’t care less, the worst customer service. Not sure how this store is still in business.

The worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant or any kind. The staff are ignorant, ambivalent, sloth-like, and pathetic. My order was ready for 20 minutes or more and they didn’t tell me. Lobby was full of people waiting. Staff in the back were spending more time talking than working and everyone moved at the pace of a snail in molasses in January. The owner of this franchise needs to go take care of his operations. Terrible. Food was cold when I got it.

Horrible experience. Wait. Time was nowhere near what the app said. When we got there, nobody handling food was wearing gloves. They were touching money, touching their body parts, rubbing their face touching their nose, then handling food. When we brought it up To the cashier, he got belligerent and ignorant with us and denied it being an Indiana health code violation to wear gloves, the food was subpar. Service was horrible, we’ll never be back again.

The only reason its getting a 1 star is because I cant do 0. Ordered the other day the app says it’ll be ready by 810 at the latest right but I know they run late so we get there at 830pm why do I still wait an additional 30mins!!!! Mind you I ordered at 725pm. I finally asked how long it’ll be and like 15 mins later come back with my order. The pizza puff bites or whatever they are called were cold and burnt. The bread sticks should have been considered a crime against humanity with how hard they were but at least the pizza was decent but not waiting almost 2 hours decent oh and forgot to mention they didnt even cut it either. Unless you are prepared to wait a long time and get terrible food I wouldnt go there. Waste of time and money. this place is an absolute joke.
