I stopped by for a quick lunch today 6/12 and I wasn’t disappointed. This was my 1st time visiting this location so I was naturally unsure what to expect so I ordered through the app for convenience. As I was tracking my order on the app an employee came out & brought my order. I didn’t even have to go in lol. My food was hot & fresh. I had to take a quick bite before heading back home since it looked & smelled so good. I tried the new Mtn Dew Mango Rush soda & that was a 10/10. Thanks for getting it right…I appreciate you guys! I’ll stop in again when I come south. I highly recommend this location.

Unfortunately our pizza was cold. We just grabbed a hot and ready and, believe me, it was ready. Probably 2 hours before we got it. At least the bread sticks and sauce was great. There should be a limit of time that they hold hot and ready pizzas.

Let me start off saying I was a manager at A little Caesars so my rating is based off what I know the food is supposed to be like and what I got.
Icb and pcb were not square at all came put oval and over seasoned!
The deep dish dough was out dated by at least a day you can tell by the taste plus it was suppose to be a 3meat and only had pep and sausage but no bacon
:(, overall I was upset I wait 20 minutes because I asked for extra crispy wings and they were still soggy. Only thing done correct was the cheese pizza and yhe crazy bread.

This place is awful
The customer service is very poor! Not welcoming at all. The manager on duty Vincent F., we asked for extra parm and butter on our bread sticks we watch the other young lady (who seemed clueless at her job) pull them out of the hot box and set them on a cold table while they waited for our other pizzas to come out. They get done, handed us only four pizzas which we ordered 5. And told him we wanted extra butter and parm and he goes they are (honey we watched everything you did) so he had a slight attitude for his mistake. Then kept our fresh pizzas on the customer counter instead of returning them to the hotbox mind you we were still waiting for our other pizza so our food is getting cold from their mistakes.
And by the way after handling someone money/care wash your hands. I seen one employee wash their hands but coughed on the paper towel dispenser.
Yes I know what I am talking about, I worked there for 8 years. With the best and first owners of little Caesar’s. The customer service sucks!!!!

I doordashed some zesty bread it wasn’t zesty bread it was cold bread the doordash person stood there while I opened it it was completely cold I called the store the guy that answered the phone which was at 9:06 tonight told me to heat it up in my microwave which is a worker there at the store will never go through Little Caesars ever again this is the Southeast Street store this is how they treat their customers they are not good people to shop through

Pizza is good most of the time just make sure you check it before you leave cause every once in a while they will try to give you an old and or gross pizza. Way better than the Shelby st. Location.
