If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. On two separate occasions, I ordered a brownie sundae. On two separate occasions, I was given… everything except the brownie. A bold interpretation of the word brownie, I suppose.
Now, I understand that in the grand scheme of global chaos, a missing brownie ranks fairly low. Still, it would’ve been nice to enjoy one small comfort while the world actively burns. Call me unreasonable.
When I called the store to address this extremely radical expectation, I was met with confusion—bordering on disbelief—that a brownie would be included in a brownie sundae. What a wild, outlandish concept. Silly me for assuming orders should be read and fulfilled as written.
But hey, I guess the rumors are true: reading really is becoming a lost art in America.

My husband and I was there on the 9th this past week . We stopped to get milkshakes for the ride home. Well while my husband was making the order I went to the rest room. There was no caution sign up and the floor had chocolate ice cream on it and I feel hard. No one rush to come clean it or help me up other than my husband. I

Loved the ice cream and the service from the others, truly amazing but the server Leah had the worst attitude and was so rude I had to immediately leave. She acted so poorly and rolled her eyes when I came in. She acted like she didn’t want to be there and sighed whenever I had something to say. Other than that, the mint chocolate chip was really good.

well i went in for some ben and jerrys after my errands cause i just wanted a little sweet treat, and the ice cream was real good, i got the one with the cookie dough, nice and soft. but that girl leah at the counter, i don’t think she meant to be rude exactly, maybe she was just distracted or tired or something, but when i asked if they had smaller cups she kind of sighed and looked past me like she had somewhere better to be. i know these young folks have a lot going on, but it did sting a little, i’m not made of stone. i was just trying to be friendly. i smiled at her anyway and said thank you but she didn’t look up. i don’t want to get her in trouble or anything, but i do think people should try to be kind even when they’re busy. the ice cream was still lovely though, i ate the whole thing in the car.

Great store for classic ice cream. I didn’t eat anything, but my daughter enjoyed the vanilla ice cream. A little bummed that the tie-dye Ben & Jerry shirts were unavailable when I went! Overall a fun time. 3 stars because they could use a wipe down… crumbs and ice cream everywhere.

Who doesn’t love Ben and Jerry’s. Great selection of ice cream, great staff, very clean. And if you sit in the window you get a show. Like the lady trying to parallel park in front of a fire hydrant, or you get to look at all the wonderful doggos as they walk around.
