Food was absolutely horrible. They are too busy and seems that management can’t get a grip on the situation. Recommend if your going to have an hour wait at least make the food good. Definitely not fast and ready. Especially when you order the most basic thing on the menu. Pep and cheese pizza. I think corporate needs to take a look at this location for better training and making sure food is properly cooked throughly before being serves.

I just had the most positive experience at this Little Caesars. I came in late, grateful someplace was open after 10! The gentleman (Chris) that took my order was so kind and friendly. There was another man in the back and they had such a good positive vibe while working on my order. I will definitely come back to this store.

Order was ready when they said it would be. Took longer than expected for them to acknowledge me. Wasn’t until I started trying to scan the feedback qr code that they opened the window, which makes me think they knew I was there. They were polite once they opened up. Breadsticks were good. Outside of the horrible cutting job & burnt cheese that came ripped off the whole slice with one bite, took 26 minutes after my pickup time to receive my order. Drive through was stand still for 20 minutes with no one working at the window. Went inside all workers just ignoring the 7 customers standing in the lobby. 0/10 service. Seems like they need new management

Can this place hire new people / managers or just close down already? Turn this spot into a starbucks, anything but THESE guys. I live at the apartment across the street. Placed an order online, even waited 20 minutes when it said it was ready before leaving. Went to the drive thru and waited 10 minutes, nobody came to the window. Pulled around and parked and went inside and NOBODY acknowledged me or even talked to me or greeted me. I stood there right at the counter and watched them. There was a man making pizza’s and he was high / drunk on something. The managers / girls in the back never came up front. The workers looked at me and ignored me. After ANOTHER 30 minutes added on to waiting, I spoke up and told them my order was ready and to just give it to me. He asked my name, slurring his words and gave me my pizza. That simple. And then he had trouble finding the sauces and just gave me random sauces I never asked for? Also, my pizzas were completely wrong.

If it’s not a rainy Friday or Saturday, things here are well. Otherwise the weekend demand overwhelms this location. You order and pay on the app for a 6:30 pick up. It turns out you wait in the lobby for nearly an hour. Better off paying a few cents more for Dominos across the street.

I’ve been coming to Little Caesar’s for a long time. This location used to pride themselves on being Hot and Ready. This location has gone downhill so badly in the last few years. I went to the drive thru today and sat for over 15 minutes without any staff coming to the window and acknowledging that I’d pulled up. The one person that did come close looked through the window, saw a car there, and walked away instead of acknowledging a potential customer. There are cameras covering your drive thru that employees can see.
After today’s incident, I’ll avoid this location at all costs.

I give it three stars because it is Little Caesars. And I like Little Caesars.
Staff is super slow here and the food usually comes out okay. I think it’s worth to go to the next Little Caesars across town.
