Update to the update: we still have not and will not give little Caesars another dime of our money. It’s just been a little while since I updated our review.
Update: I received a call from the GM regarding my complaint. She explained that they mark EBM (ExtraMostBest) orders to prevent confusion. However, I’ve been ordering pizzas with EBM for at least two years—during the busiest times, holidays, and peak hours—and never once has my order been marked before. This inconsistency is puzzling. Either the GM is unaware she’s being misled, or she assumes I’m naive enough to believe this was an innocent oversight.
Her explanation also failed to address why my order wasn’t placed in a warmer, why it wasn’t in the portal, and why it was cold—clearly sitting out for some time—despite my arriving the moment the tracker indicated it was ready. Their excuses simply don’t add up, and I’ve lost all trust in this establishment. I won’t be eating here again. Frankly, I’m just waiting for the one-star reviews to overshadow the positive ones. Perhaps the rumors are true that Haitian management has improved other local restaurants—this place could certainly use a similar turnaround.
Original Story: This experience was a new low, even for cheap pizza. The order tracker didn’t show the pizza entering the oven until after the “your order should be ready” window had passed. I thought, Okay, maybe they’re busy—it’s the afternoon. Then, when I arrived as soon as the tracker indicated the order was ready, I watched staff take my pizza off a counter while removing other pizzas from warmers. Still, I thought, Maybe I got here before they could place it in a warmer.
But when I brought the pizza to my car, it was cold—not just came out of the oven cold, but sat on a counter for 15–20 minutes cold. To make matters worse, there was a single slice of bell pepper on my all-pepperoni pizza. At first, I thought it might have fallen on by accident, but anyone making an all-pepperoni pizza would likely notice and remove such an obvious mistake—unless it was intentional, perhaps to mark the pizza.
Why would my pizza be singled out, though? Surely not because I didn’t tip on a $7 order I had to pick up myself, with no added service to justify tipping? Regardless of the reason, I can no longer trust this location—or any others in this chain. I trashed the pizza (photos attached), requested a refund, and vowed not to return.

I give them half a star. Waited at the store for 45 mins after waiting 20 at home for just 2 orders of crazy puffs and this is what I got, AND they didn’t give me the sauces either. The manager was acting like a meth head pacing back and forth on the phone not helping at all while what seemed to be 3 teenaged kids was trying to keep it all together. Absolutely ridiculous, never again will they get my business.

This place is not hot and ready they need to change the sign to 40 mins and ready! it shouldn’t take no 40 mins for a classic pepperoni pizza. Every time I go there or order online it’s always 40 mins or longer that’s ridiculous and they never have any pizzas already made up .

I normally never have an issue at this location. The other night was just all bad. I waited for over 45 minutes while everyone after me was waited on. They call my name finally only to discover the girl only made one on my pizza. I ask girl if she can would keep other food warm. She tells me the table they cut pizza on is a warmer an will keep my food hot. Well not only was that not true I get home to discover my food was made all on the wrong crust. All bad

Regrettably, my experience with Little Caesars left much to be desired. I ordered the DETROIT-STYLE DEEP DISH PEPPERONI, and upon arrival, it looked as though it had deflated and shrunk a few sizes – certainly not what I was expecting. The kids, my intended audience for the meal, didn’t touch it, leading to both a waste of time and money. This isn’t my first unsatisfactory visit, and in hindsight, I should have learned from my initial experience. It’s disheartening when a meal doesn’t meet expectations, especially when it’s meant to bring a little joy to the family. I hope others have better luck, but sadly, I won’t be returning.

I recently visited Little Caesars and was quite disappointed with the service. Despite not ordering anything out of the ordinary, I had to wait for over an hour for my food. To make matters worse, I noticed the lady preparing the food touching her face multiple times, which raised concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I hope the management takes note and improves their service standards.

So my friend and her daughters Just went back to Little Caesars on E. Main St To get a replacement order From last night, the pizzas were definitely not hot and ready. They were more like old And the quality of the food was worthless. The crust was hard. The pizza was old So my friend called and spoke to a man that answered the phone and she explained to Him about how terrible the food was when she got home. She also explained to him that she couldn’t drive back up there because of the storms last night just like the ones we’re having tonight he explained to her on the phone. He took her name and said he would put it in the book and she could Come back tomorrow, which is today to get the food that they owed her, he also explained to her he apologized. They were short staffed, which I can understand that I’ve been in restaurant business before however, you still don’t serve customers food that’s been sitting in the warmer for hours not to be disrespectful, but I wouldn’t even serve my dog that food. So she goes back up there this evening to get the replacement order they owe her due to the poor quality they try to give her last night and a short heavyset woman don’t know if she was a manager or not just argued with my friend and claimed she never paid for it. My friend showed her on her phone that she was charged from her bank statement tried to explain that to her. She refused to give her the replacement order even though she called last night and they said they would She basically called my friend a liar My friend argued back with the worker and said that doesn’t make any sense. How are you going to say that I didn’t pay for it. I’m showing you here on my phone. I was charged for it on my statement from my bank. The worker still refused and said I don’t know what to tell you call corporate. My friend was really angry because she drove all the way back over to E. Main St. from where she lives Just to waste her time and gas She basically paid for food yesterday that Her and her kids didn’t get to eat got charged for It and still didn’t get the order replaced. That’s a shame what happened to Making it right with the customers, no offense to little Caesars, but both locations in Springfield have a bad habit of doing this. Smh So rock music can you look into this? I know you’re the area supervisor and we know each other from way back. This is not right. This is not made up. This is a true story. I know my friend didn’t handle herself the best way she was very angry, but I would be too. I honestly believe that the worker didn’t want to remake the order because they were busy like they were last night regardless that’s poor customer service that’s not how you do Paying customers. Please look into this rock music, my friend plans to call Corporate but I’m hoping you can resolve the situation. Thank you. That worker was definitely a bad reflection for your Restaurant that you’re the area supervisor of. My friend could’ve handled it a little bit differently. She did lose her temper, but that was after the fact that that Worker refused to replace her order even though she was trying to prove that it was paid for she just didn’t wanna do her job. There’s plenty of other people out there that need a job That would probably give better customer service than that. Smh Hate to expose the restaurant like this, but something needs to be done.
