Not really an atmosphere because you can’t dine in it is only take out. The staff here is great although if you watch my tiktok @AmmsGlam then you’ll see how we got stuck in the snow and had to shovel out way out because the chain owners did not bothering to make sure their employees not their customers could get in or out of their lot without getting stuck permanently. The staff is sweet though since we’re doordashers and Uber eats delivery drivers we never get to stop for food and he gives us the mess ups to take with us so we don’t go hungry, we see him pretty much everyday ☠️ if you don’t have much money but have a butt load of kids to feed little ceasers is your place. Nice hot food, feeds plenty for the price not to mention it’s actually edible so that’s always a plus

The food is always good as long as it’s hot, but their customer service sucks. They talk to each other in the back and don’t even come to the service counter to service you but will walk by you talking, and they take their time making anything. The drive thru is pointless because you sit there for 10 minutes first, then they make you pull over and still wait which takes forever and you still have to go in just to not be greeted and stand there.

I ordered the deep dish pizza and crazy bread. The fact that the deep dish pizza was as thin as the crunchy thin pizza is reason enough not to eat here.
The pizza went from the corners where the crust was non-existent and burnt to a crisp, to the middle that had maybe a 1/3 of a inch of crust and was somehow doughy.
The crazy bread was so hard and seemed like it’s been sitting under a heater all day.
My worst little caesars experience. Very disappointed since the store won’t answer the phone and I’ve been on hold for 20mins waiting to see if we can get some sort of refund.
THIS PLACE IS ONLY OPEN DUE TO THE NAME!

I have been to three different Little Caesars pizza and all of those guys at that register are extremely rude. I had to wait until 5 mins to let him finish his Cigarette and when he approached to take order he was rude for absolutely no reason.

So I called to order pizza originally I spoke to someone and I said let me call you right back let me figure out what I want. Then I called back 3 minutes later the lady says hold on 10 minutes later doesn’t even answer I can keep hearing her talk to customers that walk in the door and I hear her in the background say how can I help you like seriously I’m on the phone trying to order really pissed off at this point I hate when people do this they have no respect and obviously really made me angry because I’m sitting here waiting for 10 minutes tried to call back they didn’t answer like seriously is this how you treat customers you don’t respond to them you’re supposed to actually say hey let me take your order then you know take the other people not hold somebody up for 10 minutes not doing anything. This was December 2nd at 7:30 p.m. this lady I spoke to should be fired for the way that she handled this. You don’t make somebody wait 10 minutes and not answer the phone and then take other people’s orders like don’t put me on hold for 10 minutes when I was trying to order they lost my business

Man this place has horrible service. I don’t know if they are having Dogs make their food, and although I do LOVE little caesar the employees and managers genuinely care very little about their customers
Everytime I order from here they make my pizza wrong.
For instance the deep dish they don’t even make it Chicago style they literally just make two tiny pizzas and just stuff them in the box.
Additionally I have seen the crazy bread just mashed together and yucky
Also the “stuffed” pretzel bread I just ordered (in photo) wasn’t stuffed. That was $3 up charge for the stuffed and nope they don’t care.
AWFUL. Do not recommend. I LOVE little caesars but I never had a good experience here.
The Larosa’s on Madison is AMAZING. I gave it 5/5 stars definitely recommend going there instead.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had when it comes to product out of a kitchen, the crazy bread was not only crazy looking but crazy undercooked. I ordered a pretzel pizza with tomato sauce and instead came with a load of nacho cheese and the hot and ready we got was frigid cold. This store needs some serious work with employees sitting outside smoking instead of showing any sign of caring about the food that they sell *notice the pizza cutter needed to even attempt to eat this thing*

I went here on 6/17/24 around 7pm I went through drive thru nobody came over to the window so I went inside and ordered at 7:05 I was told it would be a 10 minute wait for a cheese pizza and bread sticks I waited 45-50 minutes the air conditioner was out so it was hotter inside than outside and a bunch of orders were wrong for the people before me in line .everytime I come here it’s something ! And most importantly the bread sticks never look correctly if I go here it’s a last minute thing horrible
