While it might not be in the most attractive of places I found this Little Caesars to be some of the best examples of good customer service I’ve experienced. The inside was very clean and well maintained with plenty of seating while waiting for your pizza to be completed. My second visit I placed an order online and it literally takes me 6 minutes from my house to get there and my pizza was being pulled out of the oven almost at the same time I walked in. Everything was great and delicious my only complaint goes directly to the corporation not to this location. Why the hell are you toppings so damn expensive? Hell, at least offer a option deluxe with everything or a set price including five toppings your choice or something similar. I’ll still give the location five stars because other Little Caesars operators should be made to see how well this operation is run. I’ve lived in five states and visited many Little Caesars. I can safely say no one can hold a candle to these guys!

We get pizza from this Little Caesars on McCartney road at least 5 to 6 times a month. And there for a while there was this gentleman I don’t know his name but he had long hair put back in a ponytail with facial hair that were making their pizzas unbelievable they were well made I don’t know about anybody else but when I look at the food and it looks appetizing it even tastes better well apparently today he wasn’t working because these pizzas had more dough crust than pizza I’m kind of really upset money don’t come easy anymore nowadays and to spend it on Pizza like this makes me not even want to come back here anymore!

Everything I go to the one on McCartney right, the service is terrible, you walk in they in the back making pizza, they don’t greet you. I stood there a least 10 minutes with other customers that were waiting and they said they never got greeted either. They could at least said be with you in a minute or something. They didn’t say a word. This happened several times as I went there. I will never go back there.

Its best to order it fresh if not it like chewing cardboard and old alright ? I know from experience it was that old but we still ate it for 6 bucks so get the extra tasty pepperoni ones for 1 buck more is definitely worth the price and fresh is best . This Little Caesar’s on the east side of Youngstown is an absolute mess. The staff has zero communication skills—no updates, no urgency, just blank stares while people wait way too long for orders that should’ve been ready. If you’re using DoorDash, don’t even bother. You’ll still be standing around in a packed, overheated lobby surrounded by pissed-off customers all wondering why a $5 pizza is taking 45 minutes. Total chaos. Do better.

Nobody answers the phone. Went in nobody wait on you or says hello for a few min. I asked for a fresh pizza they insisted on hot and ready. I stated I didn’t want that I wanted fresh out the oven. I also told them nobody answered the phone. They said I didn’t hear it. I called 10 times its before 5pm. I wait they hand me a hot and ready pizza. I told the man I clearly stated I wanted fresh.I don’t want it hot and ready. He said they all come out of the oven. And handed me the hot and ready. It was old, nasty and disgusting.I couldn’t even eat it. I’ll never go back there again. It’s only good if you get it fresh out. The oven, where the crust is fluffy. This crest was hard.The pepperoni was hard. It was disgusting. The kids didn’t even like it.

The food isn’t too bad. Usually hot &’ tastes pretty fresh. Sometimes it can be a hit or miss with the orders tho. Occasionally the order will be wrong , or just looks thrown together but I think the biggest thing about this place is the staff. They always look so exhausted and miserable . Which is irritating.. especially when you are tipping them regardless . Got to give it to the guy by himself today tho, he looked unhappy but my pizza came out so perfect
