Ordered pizza on the way home from dropping a delivery off in Southington. I get there, ask for the name, the kid looked at the boxes and was like “yep here ya go” so I didn’t think to check.. the second box says Chris! We get home, first box was correct, first pizza was finished, opened the second box and this is what we found. Neither me nor my kids will touch this pizza. No I don’t want a free pizza next time because I won’t be ordering from this location again and no I’m not driving all the way back to Parkman from the complete opposite side of Warren after getting home from work. Y’all should refund your mistake but refused. This is not what I ordered, we will not eat this. It’s just going to be tossed. I will not be ordering from this location again. The only reason I did was because it was closest on the way home. I’ll just drive to Youngstown Warren Rd from now on, even if it’s out of the way.

The place always might be in a run down building but the doors always good and the people do their job. There’s a lady whose been working there for ever and she’s a little overworked but does an amazing job! Funny too. I would recommend this place.

Worst customer service ever. Cannot understand a word that they say and to top it off they have a nasty attitude. We were missing a pizza from our order and they wanted to get shitty with me about it. Not my fault that you don’t know how to make sure the driver has the whole order before they leave. Get new staff.

Not going to lie, their cheese bread is BETTER than any other lottle Caesars I’ve had! Only a 2 on atmosphere because it’s small and people always come in and park right in front of doors .

Very rude workers I called yesterday ordered 6 pizzas 2 white with banana peppers 2 regular pepperoni and 2 pretzel with stuff crust I called around 230 and told them I would be there around 315 the lady said perfect and then repeated my order my son gets there and the lady was very rude saying I told the caller 345 (no she didn’t) they didn’t even start my food then when I get home my order wasn’t even correct we have pizza Fridays every week I will be going to the other one from now on

Made order for 3:30pm several hours earlier in the day. Got there about 5 minutes early. Nobody spoke to me until about 15 minutes later. Asked about when my order would be done, and she started yelling at me telling me it will be done when it’s done. Definitely not how you should be treating your customers. I was asked to update my review. I still stand firmly that I will not be returning to this location. On top of the bad service I received, I also have an issue with the customer base. These people are so entitled, they literally park on the sidewalk right in front of the door, and when you say something they get very confrontational. Sorry, but with all that, why would I go back?

I went to pick up my lunch order and the guy at the counter tossed my order onto the counter, then gave a bit of attitude when I asked where the drinks are located. He then treated the female customer totally different as he appeared to be hitting on her. Totally unprofessional.
