My birthday dinner at Fire steakhouse was delicious! My friend and I both ordered their special. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the scallops were otherworldly ambrosial. The outside was seared beautifully only to belie a billowy-textured, sweet, briny, buttery-flavored interior. The rolls were served with a silky, creamy, decadent foie gras spread. The entire meal was incredible! My compliments to the chef and staff!

Although pricey, I can definitely say that our trip here was wonderful. The food, service, and ambiance were all impeccable. All courses came swiftly, but we never felt rushed. We ordered an appetizer, entrees, and a dessert. Plates were beautiful and all delicious. Overall, a great experience!

What an amazing dinner! Everything from start to finish was absolutely delicious, and I love the little palate cleanser of sorbet and champagne! Even the bread service was great with the three different butters to taste. Both of our entrées were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. And the grand mariner crème brûlée… just wow. Our server was Lelia who was very sweet and perfectly attentive. We drove in all the way from Pensacola just to eat and I would gladly do it again!!

Food was ok i ordered the steak, i had to add seasonings to it no real taste. It came with asparagus and garlic mashpotatoes no other choices so i hope you like them. The grilled quail tasted great.We waited right at 15 minutes before we even got asked what we wanted to drink. It was not busy only 6 tables but 3 waiters/waitresses so no reason to wait that long. Staff was nice once they did come over. If i am gonna spend that kind of money i’d rather go to the Gather.
