Last few times we have ordered here ( cause it’s on my way home from work) the bread sticks have zero to no cheese nor butter. And the pizzas are never right I always get the extras mostest pepperoni and it was lighter than the bread sticks !! They were not busy food was terrible

I gave this place a couple time b4 I came on here yapping but good lord people how hard is it to make a damn pizza. I worked at dominos in GA a these was no where near the standards. Always a flat pizza after 2pm there’s an older female that works there seems like the manger, is always so rude. I’ll go there b4 2pm but that is that.

They need to just close this place. I have never got a pizza from there that is fully cooked. I always have to cook it more at home.
i guess in their business structure they don’t have store managers. The lady I’ve had to speak with 3 times now told me she is the assistant manager and the next level up is operations manager who is over multiple stores.
The employees are trained poorly and painfully understaffed. This isn’t because no one wants to work. It’s (as the whiteboard in the back but visible from the lobby states) to watch labor.
The food is never good. I’ve only complained when it was comically bad. That’s been 3 times and really that’s on me for expecting different. I should know better.
So if you’re feeling adventurous and want to see how bad pizza can be then check them out.

I ordered 4 pizzas, 2 pretzel crust and when picking up they said they replaced it with plain cheese because they don’t have pretzel crust. They wouldn’t offer anything else. Upon trying to eat the pizza it was hard as a rock and not edible. Supposed management wouldn’t make it right, swore at me and told me to google corporates number if I wanted it. Absolutely disgusting buisness.

6.23.25 at about 6pm, After a day in the sun and swimming at guilford lake, the grandchildren were hungry.
The little ceasers mobile site was not showing menu and prices so we walked in to the store to order. There was only a screen in the wall that quickly flashed the same 4 items and icons. When asked the woman behind the counter if there were any menus to look at we received a cold shoulder, and an argument tone that other than their 6.99 dollar ready made pizza and what was on the flashing board on the wall was all they had . I tried to ask about a pretzel pizza seen in commercials but she quickly and rudely repeated herself. So we left and went to dominoes.

ordered a pretzel pizza. got a regular pizza. manager refused to help because somebody had already eaten some (they didnt remember we ordered pretzel pizza so they didnt see an issue) and was extremely rude.

Ordered on uber around 8:40. Waited and waited app still said it was preparing the order. The order was never prepared and it’s now 10:30 at night and I have to find out a different dinner solution. (Also my order was supposed to arrive around 9:30. Way before they close.)

I know this place gets bad reviews a lot and I get why but I’ll be straight forward with you and this will be long so feel free to read it if you want. There are times the pizza comes out pretty bad by being over cooked, too much sauce, and badly cut. When you go there when the right people are there then the pizza is amazing. Cheese is thick, the dough is cooked very well, and the service is straight forward. Definitely my worst experience was when one woman was working there who only complains Every time I’ve been there while she worked. There were times I ordered online a whole 15 to 30 but mainly 30 minutes ahead and my order wasn’t even started because she spent more time complaining about how hard working is instead of working to make it easier later. I’ve worked in pizza establishments before with only me and one other person including dine in services and delivery along with pick up and that wasn’t that bad but she couldn’t even manage making the pick up orders when she worked. I’ve been seeing fresh faces at little Caesars and since then my orders have been amazing and ready for me when I got there. The older lady there has always been a pleasure to see because she tries her best to keep up with everything making sure every order gets out. Even when your order is running late. I say please understand that they do try their best to keep up and take the time to appreciate the work they do for all of us and also think about the fact that they have bad days too.

When I walked in to pick up my order the two workers near the front looked at me multiple times and ignored me. They didn’t cut my pizza, I ordered three sauces that I didn’t receive. They gave me a dead number to call bc I live an hr away and they can’t do refunds over the phone, I called 3 different times. And after I googled the correct help number I found out I couldn’t get my refund bc they were closed.
