There was a bit of a delay getting our food out, but once it arrived it was absolutely worth the wait. We’ll definitely be back for another Music Bingo night!
Service overall feels disorganized — like there’s no clear system to signal who needs help. A small flag, light, smoke signal… anything would help the poor waitstaff know which tables exist.
We waited over an hour for food. I was patient — delays happen. But when the crab cakes arrived completely undercooked, patience expired. Seafood shouldn’t be a gamble.
If you’re coming, eat beforehand and go for the event. That’s the real reason to be here.
Not sure how they typically host events at this venue, as it my first visit.
The ticket included a “dinner” of sorts and had servers waiting for you to let them know your options. They wore gloves and cutlery sets individually wrapped.
The food could have been warmer.
When the show started, there were overhead fans blowing quite strongly down into the tables and for us that didn’t like that, we had to just deal with it.
The noise from the kitchen was ridiculous, even with their doors closed they’re pretty loud in there. From running kitchen machinery to voices loud and clear talking and laughing.
If you’re going to watch a show here, sit at the front, trust me:)!
Overall a decent dinner, decent venue and show all in one. Good for families, groups of friends etc
It was an honor, and a pretty humbling atmosphere, as our family enjoyed our dinner along side so many Veteran’s.
We love their small museum at the front – great opportunity to start a discussion with our children on our military’s history.
