The guy with dreads shouldn’t be working in food service. He messed up our pizza twice and was very unprofessional and rude about it. The lady working made a third that was correct and done the way it should’ve been. She apologized for the issue. Thankful for her.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza last night around 7:30pm (03/07/2026) and after already eating a piece , an hour later I went to warm up more and found a HUGE piece of thick hair sticking halfway out the slice of pizza. I then decided to inspect the other pieces and found more different kinds of hairs baked into the cheese. Mostly grey hairs.
I’ve had an experience at a different place before when there was 1 single hair on the food. But I’m completely blown away finding multiple hairs sticking out of the cheese just makes me wonder how much more I would’ve found if I pulled all the cheese apart on each piece. I’ve been coming to this place for over 10 years and I won’t be coming back again. I simply can’t get those images out of my head, probably won’t eat out again. Didn’t take pics because 8 didn’t even want a hairy pizza near me. Just threw it away immediately.

They NEVER have hot n ready pizza and most the time I don’t mind the wait but today I waited a half hour just to get there and be told they didn’t have the cheese bread I’d already paid for and I now have to contact corporate just to get my money back. THEN the pizza is just awful – the dough was so unevenly rolled it was like a deep dish and thin crust in one, it was soggy with grease, they didn’t even cut the abomination either. Now I have to spend my down time calling corporate because they don’t want to do their jobs.

Little Caesars is an American pizza chain with multiple locations throughout the country. They are known for their $5 Hot and Ready pizzas but the wife and I decided to try a few different thing from them tonight. Overall everything was good and for the price you can’t beat the value you get here. Service was average. Atmosphere isn’t anything special but the lobby was clean and clear. I appreciate their “Pizza Portal” as well. All in all I would try new things from here and come back if it’s all that was available.
We had the Pepperoni Cheeser Cheeser, italian cheesey bread sticks, parmesan garlic wings and buffalo wings. We also got ranch, butter sauce and jalapeno cheese sauce for dipping crust and bread sticks. The Cheeser was good but seemed to be lacking on the cheese that they advertised. The asiago on the crust could have been more as well as the extra mozzarella that they put over the pepperoni. It was similar to a Hot and Ready with slightly more cheese. The cheesy bread was good but I thought marinara was included. Good thing we got other dips! As for the wings, they are your typical pizza place wings but I did appreciate the flavor of both the buffalo and the garlic parm and they came swimming in sauce which is fine by me. Better than some dry bois. For $31, it was a fair price for everything. The wife and I have leftovers for the next couple of days so it’s more than just dinner for tonight. It was a good experience for the most part when it came to a chain I haven’t been to in a while and I definitely won’t be back again for another long time but they seem to be on the up and up with their products. Keep it up Little Caesars Pizza.

The worst pizza ever. It took almost 2 hours just to get my pizza after I got my pizza it was cold and wrong I ordered 2 pepperonis I got 2 pepperonis with sausage. No crazy bread like I ordered. I will never order here again

Wait time to order seems to average around 15-20 minutes, with multiple workers hanging out in the back and ignoring customers at the registers. Said workers also fail to inform you when they are out of something before you order, so they’ll take your money then tell you that you’ll have to wait 10-15 minutes for your food. Little Caesars made a brand of hot and ready, so if it isn’t ready then I wouldn’t be ordering here.
There is a 50% chance that if you are lucky enough to get the food at the order, then it’ll be old, cold, and hard as if it was sitting out for at least an hour or two. I gave up this place once because the pizza was frequently inedible when I got home, and I’m about to drop it again because of the current quality of service.
Avoid this place until new management comes in to get it running well again. From what I’ve seen, the crew should flip to a whole new staff within the next couple years. Regular employees, especially quality ones, never seem to last here.

Breadsticks were soggy, undercooked, and cold. Pizza tasted old as well. Ive had plenty of bad experiences in the past from this specific location, but yet I kept ordering hoping the quality would turn around. It hasnt. I hope management can turn the quality their employees produce.

For your own sake, don’t go here! They never answer the phone to take your order. I called 6x to try to place my order. Didn’t bother to answer once. So I drove over and placed my order in person. I wasn’t greeted, and stood in the lobby for 30 mins before anyone even took my order. Once my order was finally placed, they told me 15 mins. Ended up taking 40 mins. The employee that was working the desk (guy with the dreads) was walking around so slow, just walking in circles not actually doing anything. Nobody seemed at all concerned that the lobby was full of frustrated customers who needed helped. The older lady working was huffing and puffing with everything she did, and told me straight out that they don’t bother answering the phone because it’s too much of an inconvenience. I’d rather pay more somewhere else for pizza than waste my entire evening feeling frustrated with the extremely poor customer service.
