We just started getting little Caesars from this location recently and Although I’m an understanding person to an extent when it happens almost every single time it starts to get a little Frustrating.
Multiple times, we have ordered our food through the app and gone to pick it up And we get there at the time it’s supposed to be done as well as the app telling us it’s done… We go inside and nobody ever greets us. We are always sitting there for at least 10 to 15 minutes… This time my fiancé was there for 25 minutes before he got approached and multiple people looked at him and then our food is “never ready” but then when we get the boxes and we get home, which we live five minutes from it, the food is always cold… Now, why would my food be cold if you say it just came out of the oven??

I’ve visited this location regularly and for the past few months the service has been horrible!! The food has been bad as well. No one greets you or is ever at the register. New young kids working there, please do better.

Trying to be easy since it is a Sunday and I’m sure they have been busy and close in an hour so simply asked what was available without them having to cook anything. The male counter attendant was rude, threw some things in a bag on their sides and when we asked for the additional thing we had paid for threw it on the counter and walked away. We had to repack it which is fine. But please do not employ people that clearly do not want or are able to work with the public. We have had such great experiences in the past. This particular one was just very disappointing and not acceptable.
