So let me start by saying first of all the pizza was a little burnt but I got over that cuz I was hungry but the customer service was horrible. The two people that were working there were in the back cussing and fussing about something I guess that happened earlier as they come to the front they’re still cursing so I stopped and looked at the lady like well “hello”and so she did change her attitude for about 2 seconds and apologize but after she took my order they went right back into their conversation of cussing a about whatever the situation was. I thought that was very rude in front of a customer.

So disappointed. I ordered the crazy puffs for the 2nd time and they were so burnt and cold I couldn’t even enjoy them. I end up giving them to my dogs. It tasted like they were sitting out since the morning. I know what the quality is suppose to taste like because I had them before and they were so delicious. I was quite shocked when I got my order at the quality. I contacted door dash since this location doesn’t answer their phone. They said they could give me a 15% refund that’s $3.15 on a $21 order they are nuts. I said absolutely not I need all of my money or a new order. So hopefully door dash do what’s right! I’m tired of these food chains taking our hard earned money then throwing whatever they feel like in these boxes. I will not order here again.

I went yesterday and brought cheesy bread for my kids only to find out they were eating raw dough in the middle. This unacceptable and raw dough unappetizing to see your kids faces. They said dad this funny tasting when I took a piece of one and took a bite it was doughy and raw. Now hopefully my kids won’t get sick from this. The store will be billed for medical charges and damages. Today I am here at the dept of health so they can see what was serve to the consumers are getting in return. I don’t want to hear no apologies from this business. When it comes to my children I don’t want to hear nothing. And soon I he see ya in court. Here are the pics from yesterday 7/24/2023. It not cheese it raw dough. The dept of health is launching a full scale investigation on this matter. My prove have shown their actions. When calling no one does not answer. The dept of health called 5 times and no answered it been record in their office

Before I got there I called multiple times to attempt to place a order for 3 box of pizza, because we all know they never have hot & ready pizzas anymore. However, no body answered the phone after several attempts. So I decided to walk in and when I walked in I called the business phone again to see if their phone was working. Surprisingly the phone rings and this young lady was heard saying “I’m not answering that”. ♂️

I went one week later and another worker wouldn’t give me a small bag for the napkins after I ordered 6 pizza and had a toddler with me making it even harder to get to my car without littering the napkins in the parking lot. Really pissed me off.

The food is Sloppily made, and honestly I’ve had better tasting little Ceasars. They also scam you if you order on doordash, offering petty portions like “Extra Most Bestest” with less pepperoni than average.
