This review is only concerning my last order… Normally I enjoy Little Caesars. But whomever made this particular Pizza last night. You need to learn how to cook. I’ll be posting photos. The slices,as you’ll see… Only approximately 4 were edible. The rest are overcooked. Barely any sauce,as you will also see… It was a Deep Dish 3 meat pizza. Needs major improvement.

I never got a greet at the door worker seemed mad when I asked about what dip flavors they had or even that I asked in general. Didn’t seem like any of them wanted to communicate with the guest just putting it in the grab and go box…. I would have ordered them online but it didn’t have options… you guys didn’t even cut my pizzas right !!!

The many times I have gone to this little Caesar’s location, I have had the “pleasure” of being “taken care of” by Gary. Every single time I’ve dealt with him he is absolutely miserable, and most definitely has anger issues. While I’ve been waiting for my order to be prepared, I have heard him screaming obscenities and slurs at other employees, throwing dishes, slamming things, etc. I am making this under an anonymous name because honestly I don’t know what he is capable of and due to the convenience of the location, (and I adore some of the other staff members) I will still be frequenting this establishment. However, I think for the safety of your customers and other employees something should be done about Gary.

Employees are rude. Order online when to pick up order after paying online for it. They were out of dipping sauce I ordered and paid for. I asked for a refund for the sauce the employees laughed and when to the back of store. I will never order from their again. This isn’t the first time that this happened. In ended I will not eat this food so it was a waste of my money. Probably will give it to the animals in my neighborhood. Wait just put it in the trash. Don’t want to harm any animals with this trash

I should not be surprised. Not only is the pizza I ordered the most disgusting-looking greasy nastiness, I requested light sauce yet there is so much sauce on this pizza that the cheese is sliding around and the smell of sauce singes my nasal passages. And, yes, the pictures show the pizza exactly as it was when it arrived here.

It’s Little Caesars, we got the hot and ready, the standard. But….. The girl who waited on me was really friendly and personable. I didn’t feel like I didn’t matter, she treated me like a valued customer even though it was my first time there, we where just passing through.

I was super excited to see pretzel crust pizzas back, so we drove up from conneaut to grab dinner. I specified that i was looking for the original, with the cheese sauce, and PLAIN. I made the point of NOT wanting pepperoni. The staff were super friendly and accommodating! *BONUS POINTS* That they were so cheerfully willing to sell us a side of black olives to rescue the absurd nachos scam happening next door.
The problem is, when we arrived home to settle in and eat, my plain pretzel pie was covered in pepperoni. That’s a pretty strong flavor, even if I remove them and flip them to the dog. Also, it’s a flavor I did not want nor ask for.
I know mistakes happen, but i figured if i have to sit here hungry & distressed after driving all of the way to there to waste my money, someone up there should maybe know about it.
We also watched 3 of your employees handling things like personal (germs! ) cell phones in between dipping their hands into ingredients to make food, and not a one had gloves on. Again, the service was top notch, but why would we return for inaccurate orders made in unsanitary conditions? Such a bummer.

The person that’s general manager is cocky and disrespectful, gets mad when she gets called to front to help a employee because customer wanted to speak to her about the fact the workers are out there on the phones and throwing stuff and also smoking weed outside well the general manager herself was also joining her employees on throwing dough at her employees.. really dirty place

Deep dish was raw. the ppl that work there barely answer the phone. When they do answer its is that it after everything ya say. They hang up and answer very rudely. They literally made me feel like a dirt bag for even ordering from them. Will never order from them again until they get rid the ppl that work there. Even gave them a tip when I picked up the pizza. No thank you no smile nothing.
