I really want to rate freddys better because i really do like the food, and its entirely possible that its partially on me by going through the drive through but the last 2 times i have been here they have gotten something in my order wrong, whether it be forgetting all the fries in my order (both fries for both meals) or getting my sandwich completely wrong, the most recent time i ordered a burger and was given a chicken sandwich. And it isnt that the food is bad, i mean the chicken sandwich was good, but its the fact that it is not even close to what i ordered. I wont be going back for a while, i really hope they fix the issues they are having

The employees working today deserve a raise. They gave us excellent service. When I asked for a side of pickles with my chicken, they asked how much. Of course, I said “a whole lot!” They gave me a surplus of pickles with a smile. This was my first time at Freddys and there is no doubt I will be back

We had great food! The servers had a hard time hearing us because of the loud kitchen and we had to be refunded our food and reorder. The cheese fries are great. I love the fry sauce, too. Will have to try the custard next time we go. Feels like a fancy steak and shake.

Love Freddy’s went out to eat with my cousin and Aunt. I had a double cheeseburger combo. Cooked medium well with a nice crust on both burgers, cheese, lettuce, tomato. Fries were excellent. Got a Dr. Pepper.

Quite good! Usually not busy ever inside, though the drive-thru nearly always has a line.
You’ll get your food quickly if you dine in, otherwise you may have a bit of a wait otherwise.

Power outage forced me to seek food from a restaurant. I had the spicy chicken sandwich. It tasted alright, but nothing to write home about. And at nearly $7, it wouldn’t be a bargain at half that cost… Shame. I will never eat at Freddy’s again.

The food was good, the area was clean, and the people friendly and helpful. We had a single burger and a double California-style burger. That simply means lettuce, onion, tomato. The Freddy sauce is basically thousand island with mayo. My burger was a bit salty and both were rather greasy. Taste was pretty good. We did not try the frozen custard.

Workers taking your order don’t even care to speak up when they have very quiet mics.
Burger and hot dog buns don’t get toasted often.
Most importantly they consistently serve almost inedible shoestring fries that are burnt to the point of being browned and completely crispy and have black flakes on them from what I guess is dirty fry oil.
