This is the second time I have ordered from here and it hasn’t been done. You would assume that is cheese but no it’s the dough, the toppings were removed. It is disgusting that we spent over 60 dollars tonight to feed 7 people and this was the turnout!!! Couldn’t even eat it. They should be embarrassed!!

This is the second time coming here. And once again no hot and ready pizza even ready. None in the oven bc she said it will take 15 min for one pepperoni pizza! Anf they are supposedly out of cheesey bread dough… But they are eating it in the back. Just absolutely insane and ridiculous. This place needs new management. Employees are holding pizza for friends bc they didn’t have the correct change and had to go get some. It would have been quicker to go to pizza hut!….. And to beat it all while waiting they are all in the back hanging out cussing and telling jokes about elderly in the parking lot. Will not be back.

Never, and I mean never, answer the phone. I call and call trying to order pizza because I know there isn’t any hot and readys made, and hasn’t been for awhile now, and no one will answer the phone. If you had to walk into any other pizza place and order your pizza and wait there 15-40 minutes, I think you’d be ordering somewhere else that you can call in and go get it when it’s ready. I just called 4 times in a row and then the call ends after letting it ring for over a minute. If I was the franchise owner and knew that all that money was going out the window, I’d be furious. The sad part is, the pizza is always delicious and we absolutely love it, but it’s not worth the hassle anymore.

I came in with a walk in order, and an odd request, My son is a bit picky. Rex waited on me promptly, and assured me he would take care of my request, I was told it would be a 10 minute wait, they got slammed!! Rex looked up after awhile seeing I had returned for my order, he went to check on it, he found it had been given to someone else, he jumped into action apologizing multiple times. He remade my order and I was out the door! It took longer than I was expecting but I can’t say enough about Rex’s customer service!! He had a great attitude with other employees and an all around great personality! He is definitely a quality member of you Little Caesars Team!!!

I’ve been eating pizza here for years (at least once a week) but last two times they made the pizza really really Bad!! It was so soft and didn’t bake long enough . You would lose more customers if keep making the pizza like that
