The pictures are pretty, but not realistic. It’s nice having a fresh cinnamon roll but the icing melted and made a big mess in the box. Then they put the boxes in a bag and all of the toppings fell off and added to the mess. Just not worth $10 a roll.

Appreciate the service and effort but the Very Berry cinnamon roll texture was too firm, dry, small diameter and short height. Definitely the differentiator for these products is toppings toppings toppings but the core product is not comparable to competitors’ fluffiness, gooeyness, size, and flavor. I’d say ok in a pinch for an individual but not something to impress the guests. A novelty to try though.

Well worth the short for fresh rolls, we were quite pleased with everything we got.
Do wish there was maybe a bench for when there’s a wait but it is a fairly small space so it’s understandable. Appreciated that the wait wasn’t long though so it wasn’t really an issue!
Will definitely be back.

We went on a Sunday morning and got in and out quickly. Friendly staff! Cinnamon rolls are huge! The cookie monster is very rich. They let us modify the toppings for one of the rolls, which was appreciated!

My friend raved about this place and how I needed to try their vegan cinnamon rolls. So she took Me yesterday. However, I did not have the best experience. From the start, the woman taking my order, wanted to rush me out of the line. When I asked to try the soft serve, she added it to my bill without giving me a sample. After bringing it to her attention, I received my sample. When I got home, I thought that I would have a nice snack but unfortunately, the roll was completely bare. No cream or fruit. Might have been excellent but I would not recommend this business to my enemy. The service was garbage and the rolls were not worth the trouble….In response to owner: I asked to try the soft serve. And pictures have been added. It was the plainest roll in history. I am not sure which customer you think you saw and heard on the video. And the roll being made on that video was not given to me.

Most delicious cinnamon roll ever!!! It wasn’t as sweet as I expected it to be which was great because you’re able to finish it without feeling sick. I would’ve gave a better rating if there was more seating. It’s more of an order your food and leave kinda place since there are only 5 stools and no tables.

Are you jonesing for something sweet? If so, Cinnaholic has got your fix! They’ve got a nice selection of specialty cinnamon buns for you to choose from (Caramel Apple Pie pictured). You can also customize your own loaded cinnamon bun if you’re feeling conifent and creative. The loaded cinnamon bun I had was delicious. Warm. Sugary. Fantastic. The staff is nice. The service was quick. The prices are a little steep, but hey, if you’re eating at Cinnaholic, you’re probably already splurging, right? The facility is clean, modern, and has a “corporate” vibe. This place definitely isn’t designed for you to hang out and enjoy your treat. Rather, you get the feeling they’d rather you pick up your sugar bomb and get to stepping.

I had the most delightful experience at Cinnaholic Carmel! Their cinnamon rolls are out of this world. The variety of toppings and frostings is incredible, allowing you to create your own sweet masterpiece. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I should’ve left the minute we walked in and this place smelled like sewer, but my son had his hopes up on trying one of the cinnamon rolls. First of all the rolls are not fresh and the reason I say this is because when we received the rolls we went outside to enjoy our cinnamon rolls and my sons was so hard the fork broke as he was cutting a piece off. These rolls taste premade along with the store bought toppings. Please do not waste your money and go find an actual bakery that knows how to bake cinnamon rolls.
