The staff were amazing service was too! You can tell the owner is tight wad and the staff overworked and underpaid. Owner put scotch taped signs everywhere including the screen monitor . Instead of putting the sauces out of reach of customers they made a marker sign telling customers not to touch them without paying for them very unprofessional. I will go to support the workers but shame on the owner get better pay better.

My wife had prepaid online and set the order for curbside pickup since I had an operation on my foot. I pulled up in front of the store and called their number. The (I’m assuming) Manager answered, and I told him that I was there for the curbside pickup. He asked me to repeat myself, so I did. He then acted like he had never heard of curbside pickup before, so I told him that it was an option online. He then said in a sarcastic voice, “Naw man, you have to come in and pick your pizza up. We don’t take it out to you. ” I proceeded to park and go inside where he reiterated that they don’t bring pizza put to customers. I told him that it was fine, but the website should then remove it as an option. I explained that I had just had foot surgery and then walked out. He then came outside and said that if I wanted it brought out, then I should have called ahead. I reminded him that we had spoken on the phone before I went inside. I would have been fine if he had just said that they couldn’t do it, and let that be that, without all of the sarcasm or coming outside to tell me that I should have called ahead when I already did. There are plenty of other options for pizza in Wauseon that I will choose from next time. At least I might have a better chance at not being treated like a child who didn’t do something right. The pizza was delicious but not worth the extra hassle. Spending a few extra dollars on a different pizza place doesn’t bother me one bit. Low rating, Little Caesars

Well they never answer phones so u can order. And just tonight a man named iggi was rude to me on phone. When they took my order I said I want a fresh pizza and he said they are Hot and ready. I said but I can order what I like. right. So I did but he has bad service with customers. Not a happy camper.

Woman manager was rude to me, gave us a completely wrong order, wanted us to drive it back ( to give it to someone else maybe?? She would NOT confirm she was going to throw away the pizza!) then said she’s not “giving us two free pizzas” I PAID for my pizza, that I did not get, I paid for cheese sticks, that I did not get, and drove to pick it up, then I was expected to just drive back again?? That’s not convenient for me, that’s what fast food is, convenient. Didn’t even offer a credit so I wouldn’t have to drive back and I offered to send a picture of the pizza. So I tried to eat the wrong order and didn’t like it but at least my family does. I asked to talk to someone above her because she was so rude and she refused but when I called back to let her know we wouldn’t be back to pick up correct order another manager was there… i wish I had time to get even more detailed then this because that “manager” was so inappropriate.

So went there today to get pizza, large sign on door saying closed for lunch. Pizza is decent when you get it but customer service or finding working employees is getting worse.

If someone calls in for an order, they probably want it fresh since they know you keep pizzas in the warmer for an hr or longer and we don’t want those ones. Last time and this time I called ahead to make my order, then they give me an old pizza. If I didn’t care that I got an old pizza, I wouldn’t have called before coming in. Just a lack of common sense or being lazy.

As a store, it is sad that management allows a lone worker to deal with everything by themselves. I was in the other day and the older gentleman was very kind and apologized for the slow service, while customers spoke unkindly and cursed at him.

My family and I went to Little Caesars the other night which was very kind of them. My youngest daughter was eating pizza and she found a fingernail that tells me they do not wear gloves.
