I’m back on here again with another update cheri at the Conant location made our night awsome!!! now, we all have pizza made from here, and we all ge mixed reviews, but, However.. the cook and her who I met today really made that food with love tonight warm, hot, and fresh sever with a warm smile stop by during closing week days to meet someone with that southern love for all of humanity cheri your remarkable! Place was dirty. Trash on floor in customer area. Product (stock) not put away visible from customer side of the counter.
My custom order over cooked and lacked basic ingredients (sauce).
No crazy bread available when i showed up. Charged me for it but didnt put it in the oven til i got there.
I Asked for a refund, on the bread, cause i didnt want to wait for 15min more, and the woman told me she cant do that.

Worst LC in the Toledo area. First of all, their prices are higher than other locations. You’d think if they charge more then the quality would be as good if not better. I’ve ordered from this location twice and both times was very disappointed. Pictures posted speak for themselves.

Pizza was doughy, not cooked at all. I found this out when I got home, then was hold for 37 minutes!!! Won’t be back to this location. I should’ve looked at the pizza before taking off but unfortunately I didn’t. Lesson learned! If you purchase from here just make sure you check your order before leaving

Ordered delivery the pizza was incorrect. Called the Maumee Location store the person who answered the phone just said hello. I asked if i was calling the little ceasar’s in maumee ohio she said yes. I told her about my order she did not say anything and someone else got on phone and said hello, took me off guard and to explain everything again and the gentleman said what do you want us to do about it! Then proceed to tell me the pizza was not wrong when i explain the receipt taped to the box was in fact what i ordered but the pizza inside was not, he was like well do you just want a refund! I was so taken aback by how rude and unprofessional they were and he even said he was the manager. I will definitely not be ordering from them again.

The Detroit Slices and Sticks were HORRIBLE. Burnt edges that were so hard they were inedible. The food was lukewarm. This was once a GREAT Little Caesars but now the food and service is terrible. Go elsewhere…

I hardly ever negatively a business but this location is consistently one of the worst businesses I’ve dealt with. I’ve ordered from here a couple dozen times and I am officially done. They are rude, mess up orders constantly, and the quality is horrible. Honestly if you want LC it’s worth the drive to Perrysburg, you will probably be home sooner anyways, Maumee never has your order ready anywhere near on time.

Check your pizza before you take it home! My pizza was not cooked all the way! Unfortunately I was picking the pizza up on our way to home so not close to my house otherwise I would have taken it back! Threw the pizza way and bought new one from the one by our house! CHECK BEFORE YOU TAKE IT ALL THE WAY HOME !

The other day the cashier skipped me to check out someone else that came in after me.. I was standing and waiting and she acted like I wasn’t even there the other customer was sitting and waiting. Today I got a super sloppy hot and ready that I waited 20 minutes for.

This location is closest to me but I avoid and go to other locations, and if not in the mood to drive, I go to the competition. Have experienced them not answering their phone the majority of the time, lacking basic customer service skills (i.e. saying hi, and thank you), and they don’t keep their crazy sauce sides refrigerated (hopefully no one gets sick). In general, brand-wise, and not the fault of this location, their cheese doesn’t stretch, it separates (like so many of these fast food pizza chains). If you want stretchy, quality cheese go to Jets!
