Small DQ shop across from Lake Josephine. Shop is slow and tends not to be the cleanest (inside or outside at tables). Building is very old and showing its age. Beware of the wasps/yellow jackets that love to hang out by the outdoor garbage cans.

First to start things off the topping tray was way too messy like the ice cream shop I used to work at would never fly for the topping tray to be that messy. My friend got a blizzard and the bottom half was only vanilla ice cream so this was lack luster to say the least.

I’m very disappointed in the cake I received I asked for a specific cake that clearly could be done (they had the lettering in the freezer) and I receive a a botch job. I’ve tried to talk to the Managers (who said I have to talk to the gm) so I’ve requested 4 different times to receive a call from them and have gone in and nothing but the run around. What’s worse is the employees even saying it was ugly. I’m dumb founded that they thought this cake was okay. I ordered it 2 days in advance it was just lettering…. the customer service here was incredible! this was my first time ever mobile ordering and I was a bit confused on where to pick it up, plus it was super busy since it’s getting hotter now. the drive thru line was packed and the lobby inside to order was busy as well, but this one worker acknowledge me and knew that I had a mobile order! I wished I got his name… but he made sure to get my order ready! everyone there was so professional and nice, I never experienced this type of customer service before. I’m going back here soon!! <3

Dq got my order wrong I asked for 4 piece chicken basket. All they gave me was 4 pieces of chicken but i paid for a basket.
The guy made me pay an extra $1.40 for toast. Im like huh? Then he made me pull in front of dq to wait for the rest of my basket since I already had the chicken.

Only got the Butterfinger blizzard but I have had the cherry Dip one as well these things are to die for !!!! Why oh why aren’t they in the UK ( I am currently visiting Minnesota from the UK). Despite being extremely busy service from the staff was quick courteous and excellent

There were a couple of years when this DQ was struggling on consistency and service, but all of that has changed. The people who work there are always kind, professional, and fast. When my husband comments on this, I know it’s true. They also don’t compromise on quality and they fill up their blizzards and other treats to the top. Be sure to throw them a tip. They are so appreciative. This is our all summer DQ.
