I ordered a pretzel crust with cheese sauce and pepperoni online to go. When I picked up and got home, the pizza had cheese sauce but no pretzel crust… which is the main selling point of this special pizza… why was I not informed of this or if they did not have it? Along with that, there is way too much cheese sauce and cheese itself. It honestly was not tasty but was edible after a 12 hour shift. I came here pretty often but do not plan on returning and will inform others not to as well.

Don’t go to the store under any circumstances they can’t do simple things right they need to get rid of everybody in there. All I ordered was crazy puffs and they couldn’t get that right. They made a muffin with a pepperoni on top. It’s not even stuffed with pepperoni or cheese. I’ve had two separate orders by the same person and He is terrible. I have to give a shout out to Keith!!! He was amazing!! He sat and talked with me and my son about family and how people are kinda going through the same thing that we were at Christmas. We had a huge order for a party, and they got it out to us in under 10 minutes!! Not bad for 6 pizzas, 2 orders of wings, 2 orders of crazy bread, and the spicy cheese bread. Would definitely recommend going here.

I order lil Caesar’s once in a while, never had a problem I could remember. sometimes pizza has some inconsistencies out of 13 orders maybe 1 was messed up. Price was good. And I would recommend Pizza Hut or lil Caesars, sometimes Pizza Hut isn’t the same as lil Caesar’s. I would have to say I prefer Pizza Hut but lil Caesar’s also has been a good choice as well.

My pizza was old and wasn’t fresh! It looked like they tossed it to each other when it first came out the oven. Or the box slipped out there hand and then picked it back up and put it in the back of the warmer. It was like topping and stuff underneath the pizza.

Just bought a pizza a little before 12 p. It was awful. This is the third time I have bought a bad pizza from here. Usually I give three chances. This will be the last time I ever buy pizza from here again. I wasted 6 dollars. Please hire new employees…people who actually care and want to give a good meal to customers. The pizza was very very thin in some areas and very thick in others. It was cut extremely unevenly. The quality is very low. I will do myself a favor and go somewhere else where I will be treated better! Oh I cant forget to say that it was disgusting because it was so unbelievably oily…GROSS!

I usually really like this location but today wasn’t the best experience, (making this for health safety) the service was a bit slow but I understand that when you only have 2 people working, the pizza portal didn’t work so my food sat for a while before I could get it but technology is iffy and I understand. My only issue is my crazy bread, I had to peel off pieces of uncooked dough which could possibly get someone sick. I’ll be honest I haden’t eaten all day so I peeled off the undercooked stuff and still ate my food, and it was good but this review is more for something the workers should keep an eye on and be aware of. (I don’t want a refund or anything like that…I ate the food)

For the second time consecutively, I ordered online pretzel pepperoni pizzas, one with white sauce and the other with regular red sauce and they always manage to mess it up. I picked them up, got home for dinner, and again got both with white sauce. This was a simple request. I can only imagine what could happen if it was a complicated order. This place doesn’t care about customer satisfaction whatsoever.
