3 months ago in they were 5 star). Its terrible now. In the last three weeks I’ve had a wrong order, a completely uncut pizza amd I went in 26 minutes before close they wouldn’t let me order anything, ok cool. But when the manager dude walked out at 5 after close w 4 pizzas and a bag of food I was done for good. I doubt that place be there in 6-9 months. ☹ hope they fix it before that.

I placed my order on the app to be done @ 12pm. It was done at 12:20. I get a half hour lunch, so I had to eat as fast as I could. Figured it was a fluke because I used to get lunch there all the time. This time I ordered it to be picked up @ 11:45 pm. It was done at 12:10 and it was the wrong pizza. The sticker on the box was right , but the pizza was wrong. They didn’t even bother to cut it. They don’t acknowledge you are even there when you walk in. The place is a joke, even for Little Ceasars!

We ordered on the app and then needed to push the order back 30 minutes. We were told “We can’t do that because the app won’t let us change the order” We had to cancel and reorder but then could not get deal for the app because app was saying our order was still open. We were doing a kids birthday party so we had to reorder and pay again. They say the 1st order is canceled but the app still charging the money. I am not sure why store could not make a human choice to delay the order for 30 minutes.

I RECENTLY HAVE LEFT A POST THAT I AM EDITING.I AM VERY HAPPY TO REVIEW AND POST THAT THIS LITTLE CAESARS HAS TURNED IT AROUND. AND THE NEW GM, KATIE AND HER STAFF ARE WONDERFUL, THEY HAVE SOMETHING MOST LITTLE CAESARS, DO NOT THEY CARE, AND THEY HAVE GREAT PIZZA WITH A TWIST. I AM ENJOYING A LARGE THIN CRUST, PEPPERONI EXTRA CHEESE, EXTRA MUSHROOM THAT IS VERY, VERY GOOD. I HOPE THIS SERVICE IN PIZZA CONTINUES.I’M HAPPY TO REPORT.PLEASE GO AND CHECK OUT THEIR NEW STYLE.

Not too bad for $12. I got a large cheese and Italian cheesy bread. It was made freshly (reason for 4 rating for food) which is a plus because sometimes they serve old pizzas. I wish they still gave away sauce with the bread – now you have to pay extra, and it’s not worth it. The employees weren’t necessarily rude, but they were not friendly and did not engage much when spoken to. Overall, food/service/atmosphere is what you’d expect for Little Caesars.

I placed an order for a pizza at 11:00 am for pickup at 4:00 pm sharp, but I was made to wait well beyond that time. This delay was frustrating and not what I expect when I place an order for the community. Timeliness matters, and this experience fell short of that standard.

Really great. I used the app and it worked flawlessly but the Pizza Portal was broken when I went to pick up but they quickly brought out my pizza when they asked for my name. I got the Large Ultimate Supreme with a side of Crazy Bread. The pizza must have weighed 5 lbs. There was lots of toppings and the taste was excellent. Most have had Caesars but I do recommend the Pizza as you can’t beat the price and the service at this location is very good and they are fast.

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at this Little Caesar’s. I placed my order, paid, and immediately received a text from my bank confirming the charge. The cashier did something in the computer screen and hence she could not print a physical receipt and started clamming the payment didn’t go through.
I even showed them my bank notification, and the charge showing up on my account transactions right there on my phone, yet the cashier dismissed it without even properly looking at it. They acted as if I was making it up, showing zero interest in resolving the problem. Their attitude was not only ignorant but outright rude — rolling their eyes, speaking in a condescending tone, and making me feel like I was the inconvenience, even though they were the one making the mistake.
Instead of taking a moment to call a manager or check the system, they simply rang up the second charge and moved on . Now I’m left with two charges for one order and have to waste my time disputing it with my bank because the store refused to correct their error.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable. The cashier’s lack of professionalism, basic courtesy, and willingness to help was shocking. Another person name, Benjamin was even worst, ignorant, and super rude. I will not be returning to this location, and I recommend anyone to double-check every receipt and be prepared for poor service if there’s a problem.

Word of advice: order online so you don’t have to wait at the store.
Unfortunately I placed my order at the store and had to wait over 30-35 minutes to get a basic order of 1 pizza and breadsticks. I was initially told 6-8 minutes when I paid which seemed a little too quick so I was expecting 15 minutes, maybe 20. However 20-25 minutes later, I was told that they were currently making my order and it will be like another 15 minutes which turned out to be around 8-10 minutes.
However the pizza was made fresh and it was good for the price that you paid for. The breadsticks weren’t as good as I once remembered them to be.
