Absolute worst experience trying to order and pick up food where the moto is “Hot and Ready”. Pushing 45mins passed my pick up time. The GM should be ashamed, and the District Manager needs to step in. Highly recommend paying the extra few bucks and going to ANY other pizza place around…ANY.

DON’T ORDER HERE!!!
Placed an order through DoorDash. We had 8 different dashers assigned to pick up this order in the span of an hour and a half. Then the order was finally canceled by someone other than myself with no communication as to why or what the delay was. Tried calling the store and was connected to someone who clearly didn’t work at the actual store but a customer service line. This individual then transferred me directly to the store to try to get an answer as to what was going on. After being on hold for 15 minutes the call just disconnected. Still no answer as to what was going on with my order or why it was cancelled but I’ll never order from here after this. Thanks for nothing!

The app does a very poor job of estimating ready time. Especially during the evening rush, the store is often overwhelmed with large orders. The app commonly estimates 30 mins but orders routinely take 2+ hours. Definitely recommend ordering well in advance.

Chris said it best. Whatever time the food is estimated to be ready add an hour to that. I wish there was another little Caesars around but there isn’t. This place sucks and has sucked for the longest time. They have absolutely no idea what they’re doing in that kitchen. I’m literally sitting in the parking lot 5 minutes before they closed and ordered an hour ago and one guy in lobby just standing there. Who’s the district manager of this place? How does he/she still have a job.

Absolute worst! We ordered our pizza online at 8:30. It said it would be ready at 9:30. At 10:10 they had not even started making the pizza. There was a gentleman there who had been waiting for three hours. How can you stay in business if you can’t even provide the service that you were supposed to provide? It doesn’t matter if your food is cheap if you can’t even make it. After waiting an hour and a half, we asked for a refund. If I could give zero stars I would. I seriously don’t have any idea how this place stays in business.

Words can’t express how absolutely terrible this place is. Been three times in three months. Quickest time getting my PRE-PLACED order was 1 1/2 hours for two pizzas. I’ve been waiting over two hours tonight. Placed the order and paid online at 7:19pm January 30th, 2026. It is currently 9:22pm January 30th, 2026. And still my order isn’t ready. No excuse for how disgusting this service is.

Well the pizza was great when I finally got it. I blame the long wait on the lack of staff and bad weather. It’s not rocket science if you’re very behind in your duties then when you answer the phone to take an order just be honest and say it’s going to be like 2 hours awaiting or so. That way people don’t have such high expectations and get mad. But the pizza was delicious.

I had to wait for my food an hour over the time it was supposed to be done. They kept telling me 20 minutes and forgot to make one of my things this location is the worst location. It is always over an hour past your time that your food is supposed to be ready. My food wasn’t even cooked all the way Not sure how this location is still even open.

By far the worst place ive been to. The attendant stood outside smoking cigarettes with no urgency to take care of customers. Took an hr and a half to get my order. The order was way over cooked and the place was not very clean. This place desperately needs an overhaul of staff and facilities. Some property training and management would go a long way
