I have gotten the large classic cheese from here 8 times in the last month or so, and 6 of the 8 times there’s maybe 2 slices in each one that have enough pizza sauce on it that you can taste it a Lil bit. I just left omw to work with another one hoping it would be better, needless to say it was not. Actually this may have been the worst one of all. I pulled the cheese off 2 or 3 slices and there is literally not even red color where they spread sauce on them. . I work all over the country and eat lil ceasers all the time and I’ve only ran into one other lil ceasers that’s had this problem. I will go elsewhere from now on. Get it together. The workers think the price of sauce is coming out of their pockets or something.

The food was fresh. Best thing I can day about the experience. Seemed like only 2 employees were really working. The others just standing around. When I got there, there was only one person in front of me. However, other came in, ordered, got their food, and left before I. Almost never have hot-n-ready pizzas actually ready. And they wait until after your payment has processed to tell you it’s going to be 10-15 minute wait. I’ve been in about a dozen times since this location opened and I think only once or twice have I immediately gotten food.

Went through and got a deep dish it was done just enough for the cheese to melt but the crust was dough. When called to just let them know they was just saying how it is done and it wasn’t their fault because the machine is set right. Not even a sorry which is what customer service is. We love little Caesars and since this one was closer to us we were excited but that changed when we called to let them know about the pizza. I understand that it’s new and still has kinks but the customer service is a huge no for me as someone who also works in customer service .

First and foremost, Jaylan (I hope I’m spelling his name right ) was the absolute sweetest thing ever. I’m disabled and he insisted on packing my order out to my vehicle. I’ve always made 2, sometimes 3, trips back and forth to load up my order at Little Caesars. I’ve never thought twice about doing that because that’s just generally how things are now days. I want to be very clear hear and I hope the owners understand this: Jaylan didn’t JUST pack my order out. He seemed genuinely happy to do it and showed real concern for me. Please thank him for me. It’s hard to ask for help. And it’s embarrassing when you can tell the person really doesn’t want to help you. He didn’t make me feel that way at all.
Now, the pizzas and the crazy puffs came out weird this time. The dough on the crazy puffs wasn’t cooked through and on both pizzas and both orders of crazy puffs there was so much sauce we had to push it out of the pizzas before we could even eat it. I normally wouldn’t complain about sauce but it was really ridiculous. And when you combine that with the extra, extra sauce in the crazy puffs with the uncooked dough, it was just disappointing. My husband and I both are disabled and when we get pizza it’s because we saved up to do so. We live on a limited budget and Little Caesars is an occasional treat for ourselves. Have tried to order from them a few times now and every time has been a one star experience.
The first time they told us our order would be ready in 10 minutes and then after an hour our order was ready and was overcooked pizza and undercooked breadsticks.
The second time they just never updated to say the order was ready so my food sat in the warmer for a half hour while I waited outside for it.
This time I placed my order online and it seemed like everything was going smoothly at first. Got my portal pick up code and drove in. When I went to pick up my food from the portal I didn’t realize that I was missing an ICB and cheese sauce until I was already on my way home.
Also you can walk in there and stand for at least like 5 min by yourself before anyone even talks to you.
Overall, I’d say even if you live next door it’s worth your time to drive to a Little Ceasars across town- at least you’ll get the food you ordered.
