If you’re going to charge nearly $8 a pizza for your hot and ready, quality needs to be much better. The two pizzas I ordered has bald spots with no cheese, the crust is completely soggy, and it is drenched with grease! Ooo, and the pizza wasn’t cut. I don’t expect much, because it’s fast food but that was extremely underwhelming. Sorry for the negativity but it has been this way the last several times we have are there.

Brianna B. has a HORRIBLE attitude! The worst customer service ever and you can feel the attitude that she has everytime you go through the drive thru when she’s working. Customer Service doesn’t cost you nothing. A friendly smile & how may I help you goes a long way. Not pulling the window open like the customer is a burden and never saying thank you. Please teach this employee what great customer service is or put her in the back of the house!

6 out of the 8 breadsticks were like this… the other 2 were tiny as well. If you’re guna give out half a breadstick, make it half the price. This is just ridiculous.

Saturday the 19 we tried to call in a order. Nobody answered the phone, we tried to call around 25 times with no luck. So we settled for domino’s. While driving by little Caesars there was no cars in their drive thru. We stopped and called them again just to see and again no answer. I’m guessing the owner is ok with paying the employees to stand around and not work.

They need to update their hours I arrived at 8:05 and the doors are locked. Disappointed to say the least. I get that it’s not a great area and they pro ably close earlier to keep the trouble away but at least give the courtesy to customers that drive to get food. Not like there is much in Hopkinsville. Jersey Mike’s got my money instead!

This store is incredibly lazy. I got on the phone with them an hour and a half before closing asked if they could prep something for pickup. I hear chatter in the background then im on hold. Next thing I know it hangs up. I call back and the same exact thing. I did this the night before except I pull up to drive through around the same time and tried to order the same thing and was told we don’t have any hot and ready and before I could speak another word the window was closed in my face. I was about to ask if they could cook and prep an order. I watched the previous car pull off with pizza. I try to order on the app and moble ordering is not working and so of course delivery doesn’t either. Food I’ve gotten from here before was either incredibly soggy or very skipmy.

Little Ceasars is arguably one of the top pizza resturaunts around. It may not be the best but it is cheaper. The deep dish pizzas are very good, comparable to other Papa John’s and Domino’s deep dish pizzas but for half the price, and Little Ceasars’ Italian Cheesy Crazy Bread is the best cheesy bread I’ve ever had.
