The food was ready quickly, but it’s the wrong order. We live 25 minutes away in the country, so obviously not going all the way back into town, but it’s still very frustrating! I understand mistakes happen, but this is simple and avoidable.

Disappointed with the pizza . It was not cooked right, super soggy and gummy. The cashier was nice but the food just wasn’t made right. The breadsticks were skinny and weird also. The dough/crust had an off flavor too, not sure what going on but maybe oven is up too high and pizza is getting pushed through too fast cause the cheese was melted and crispy pepperoni but dough was not cooked through.

Food is never on time. I received multiple e-mails stating that our order was ready, AND their app said our order was ready. Go inside… no food. Almost 30 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready… STILL no food. Manager said they “forgot” to make the pizzas, after telling us for nearly 30 minutes that it was “almost done.” Rudest, most WORTHLESS manager, too! I will never frequent this location again. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

Since they close the Lobby whenever they feel like it, they need a better system for the drive-thru. Either cycle cars through and circle around so that people aren’t waiting in a line if their order is ready. Or have them pull off to the side and bring customers their food out.

This location can be a little hit or miss, sometimes there is a line of cars around the building for the pickup window due to the lobby being closed. So, even if you placed an order online, you will have to wait in the car line to access the pickup window, and your pizza will be cold and soggy by the time you receive it. But you can call the national number to request a refund.
That being said, when all is good, they have one of the most generously topped meat & veggie supreme pizzas in Hopkinsville! (Bambino’s, Godfather’s, Domino’s, Papa John’s do not even come close). Also, you can’t beat the price!

Maybe train your workers not to make rude comments about the customers or their order in front of them. Saying, “This all they got? Waisting our time.”Is not appropriate. They are working a job thats rooted in customer service. There is no need to be rude.

Gross restaurant with broken fixtures. At least you’ll have flies to swat for entertainment while you wait on the slowest Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. I’ll microwave my own pizza in the future

Absolutely ridiculous. Girl working drive up window and handling food keeps using her hand wiping her nose. Drops pizza upside down in box on floor picks it up and sticks it back in hot case. Everyone that walks in the door she just stands and gives a death look to. I personally sat in the store 10 mins waiting on someone’s order before anyone ever even spoke. I wish health department would walk in right now. Handing cash than handling money with the same gloves not washing hands coughing not covering mouth nor washing hands. This place is a germ fest right now..

So much for hot and ready because every time I order Pepperoni puffs they are COLD and ready ! I have called back a couple times and they have been replaced and still overcooked. Not understanding! Complaint filed to corporate! Last order I spent $20 they replaced ONE order of puffs that were approx $4. Didn’t bother to replace the other order of puffs or the wings that were so cold and dry the skin was shriveled. Is good food hard to find in this town?! Unacceptable. Do better Little Caesars I’m sure none of you ppl want to eat the garbage you’re pumping out.
