Little Caesars needs to do something about the sorry service that you get at this place. The woman that’s in there today working or whatever she is doing is the rudest person to customers I have ever seen. I have never been talk to rude by anybody down at LC at coal run if I want LC I’ll definitely not be coming to this location anymore.

Terrible experience as a doordash driver almost every time – the customer’s order is never started until I arrive, and wait times are double or more what they’re listed as. Orders should not be sent to doordash to be dispatched to a driver until they are nearer to completion, and the people who operate this location have decided to just send out all of their orders as soon as they come in at great detriment to every driver that works with them. They need to do better.

Little Caesars Pizza is hot but I’m not sure it’s been ready lately like the ads say about the $5 hot and ready and I’d have to give them accuse them of falsely advertising, at least at the location here that is, and I’m rarely disappointed in their pizza until most recently …..for that fact alone.

Called for 15 minutes no answer. Had to drive all the way there to order. Once I got there I was told it was going to be 10 to 15 minutes. I sat there for 30 minutes while 2 boys in the back were goofing off. While the manger also sat on her phone. Not one single hot and ready.

Got 2 orders of crazy bread and they were hard as a brick,and got 1 cheese pizza an it didn’t hardly have any cheese on it ,you could see the dough. The other one was a pepperonies ,would have been good but it had a hair on/in it…also got an Italian cheese bread that didn’t have any Italian season on it at all..
