I go to this place at least 3 days a week. My grandson loves it. The food is always hot and fresh. They have most items already available. The workers are curtious and friendly, they k ow the area and give great directions. For a fast pick-up this is the place to go.

I ordered my pizza and told the clerk I would be back to pick up the pizza. The clerk said that’s fine and called me by name. I asked “How do you know my name?” He said, ” Don’t you remember me?” I couldn’t remember ever seeing him before. ” You will need to remind me,” I said. Then he started laughing and said, ” I got it off your credit card!” We both had a great laugh!

Stopped by there today for some Crazy Puffs Pepperoni. Estimate was 12 minutes. After 7 minutes the gal brought my order out to my car, in a bag, plenty of napkins, with a complimentary Marinara sauce as I had never tried that. Great service! Needless to say I devoured the Pepperoni Puffs, sooo good!

This restaurant has great staff overall. When it’s my turn to cook I have been known to do online orders here. The 5-meat treat is a favorite of ours. Covid restrictions can hit any place hard. I’m a tad shocked by the complainers on these reviews. This place has busy times like when school lets or just about any evening in general. I have always had great service by friendly respectful folks. If indeed you get a cold uncut pizza politely return it for a proper one.

Kinda slow if you order more than hot n ready.. clean, friendly. Love their crazy bread. My father ordered a pineapple, sausage, onion pizza. Somehow instead of sausage it had ham on it.

This location does not know the meaning of Hot N Ready. From the time you make a pizza to it gets through oven is 7 minutes. Where they get 20 to 30 minutes is beyond me. Nothing is ever ready. The owner of this store should do a training to all employees. Sitting here waiting on a pizza 3 people walked out due to no crazy bread ready.

I always love this place. They are so quick even if you have to wait on the pizza because you order too many pizzas lol. The quality is superb and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. The store is really clean even during lunch or dinner rush.

Have not been disappointed with this location so far. My food has always been ready or coming up as I get to the location. They have always gotten my order right and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Recently service has been better since they fired the old manager. But b4 it was horrible. The manager would stay on the phone with personal calls and not answer the phone to even take ur order. I complained to corporate but all I got was a free hot n ready pizza. $5 for holding on the phone an hour not to mention having to place my orders in person for a solid 2 months then set outside in the heat waiting for them to finally get them fixed after an additional 30-45 mins wait. Several others made the same complaint asking why they never could get thru on the phone and we were all told it must be our phones messing up …yea ok 5 people’s phone lines all in different areas of the county were messed up it had nothing to do with the manager at that time packing their business phone around against his ear laughing to whomever was on the other line.. anyhow as I said thankfully they have since gotten rid of him…only took an additional 6 months
