There was a language barrier with me and the lady at the register who took my order. She put my order in wrong with the coffee the way I wanted it and then she messed up on my donuts. I just spoke to the manager. He was very kind. Everyone that works there is very nice. It’s just very hard to understand the lady at the register and she obviously didn’t understand me either.

Coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee, very watery, tasteless, and if I could give no stars I would . I stopped going there long time ago I used to get donuts for the office, almost 4 times a week. Early morning 5:30 am always the same guy at the register with same attitude every day. Tried giving him a chance, and telling myself maybe he’s having a bad day , but the guy is miserable . Very rude. I go to another DD and coffee tastes like it suppose to, with friendly service.

Ordered an iced latte w oat milk. Was sour. I asked for a replacement w almond milk instead. Worker, I think he was the manager, was unbelievably rude and insisted the oat milk wasn’t sour and proceeded to argue with me. I will never go back in there again.

He even offered a dozen donuts for free for me to take back to my job for the rest of my employees. The way he spoke to me I have to say it was unbelievable and made me feel like the good all days. Dunkin’ Donuts, please notice that you have such an amazing manager. This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Please go there!!!! 10 stars ⭐️

Lakeland Avenue in Bohemian makes me my extra large hot coffee 6 milks on the go 3 times a week or so. Always spot on and ready for me to pick up. The staff is organized, efficient, hardworking, and very polite. They always get it 100% right!!

One of the best Dunkin locations I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot. I usually come here around evening hours and it’s never very busy. My order is always prepared quickly and correctly and I swear it tastes better than some of the other Dunkin’s in the area.
