Went through drive thru the girl/guy whatever they refer to their self’s as was very rude!! Said they were gonna be a 15 min wait, okay no problem. I waited and received my pizza, I ordered the pretzel stuff crust pepperoni pizza. Paid $10.52 for this pizza received it they were no cheese sauce at all just greasy bread, Pepperonis, and mozzarella cheese. I called the store and he stated that changed the portions of the cheese, okay got it so I pay $10 for just greasy bread, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni?

I eat at this location at least once a week and I would say 90-95% of the time I’m a very satisfied customer. I always order a light sauce pepperoni well done so I know it’s made fresh. The other day I decided to try the deep deep dish pepperoni ($10 instead of $7 for classic) and boy was I not disappointed in spending that much. It’s easily double the amount of food. They put so much cheese on it and the sauce is marinara instead of the regular.
The main reason I’m writing the review though is because of how my last visit was handled. There’s a new manager named Brad and he was juggling a million things at one time yet still individually giving every person attention as if it were himself waiting. I was very impressed and could tell he was putting in maximum effort. Give Brad a raise lol

Need to have people pull forward to parking area if taking forever. It’s a drive through so we don’t have to wait 20-30 minutes. Not customer friendly. This is after 8pm at night

I ordered an ultimate supreme and they did a great job! Looks great and tastes great! Had to wait about 15 min. but it was worth it. I also ordered crazy bread and marinara sauce; it was also very good! Keep up the good work!

I come here at least 2-3 times a week for the past 6 months and I gotta say it’s always been great. Im very disappointed today though as I called ahead of time to place my order like always cause I know it get’s busy just to get there and be told it will be another 8min wait which was fine id rather it be fresh than cold fast forward another 20min goes by and then they bring me my food which is no longer hot or fresh. Sad to say I had to throw them away and just order papa johns. Honestly don’t think I’ll be back again as today was very disappointing

Ok quality control and pride in one’s work is just a thing of the past since covid I guess. Got an order of crazy bread and this picture below is the eight pieces we were supposed to get. Not the first time either. Those two on the left are just rediculous. They should be ashamed. All different shapes and lengths and partially covered in garlic and parmesan. Wish I had opened the bag before I left. Fooled me once, but I’ll check everytime going forward.

Took 30min for a single pizza and bread sticks…. No explanation. Had about 20 people go in and out with no wait or minimal wait time. Employees were just jumping around and acting like children.
