This is the absolute worst Little Caesar’s in the whole organization. Crazy bread is quite possibly the easiest thing on their menu to make and they cannot get it right. This is the second or third time that they have undercooked and poorly made them, corporate needs to make a visit and figure out who needs fired/replaced. My four year old can do better than this. As stated before this is not a one time failure to execute!

On 7/18 at 9:15 pm was told by a manager was not allowed to order a pretzel bread pizza and or any other pizza for that matter. Little Caesars stayed open til 10. Manager refused to give me her name. Will not be going back to Little Caesars and I hope this review reaches tons of customers and costs them lots of money. We’ll be talking to corporate.

When it comes to pizza Little Caesars is almost always Hot and Ready. The employees put off a vibe as if they would rather be walking across hot coals than to be there at times, which sets the tone for a weird mood to be in the atmosphere.

For my experience, this is one of the best little Ceasars I’ve been to. I’m not sure about all the other bad reviews here, but this location seems to always have the hot and ready items ready. That’s always a plus. They are always busy, so I’m not sure how they keep so caught up. The food is good, and I’m in and out within 5 min. I’d definitely choose this place over a few others I’ve been to.

I ordered 4 deep dish pizzas and didn’t get a 1 waited 43 minutes to get my pizzas and they gave me the classic pizza I wouldn’t even give a 1 start for the service paid 52 dollars for for the pizzas I was suppose to get but ended up the 5 dollar pizzas the I called and spoke with the general manager and she was very unprofessional..didn’t care about how I felt she told me i was suppose to take the pizzas that igot back to them so they could resale them with my experience I wouldn’t ever go back there….so people please save your money and and go to a real pizza joint…

Where is Corporate?? Why haven’t you all shut this place down?? Did my first ever online portal order last night so I wouldn’t have to wait around, even gave an extra 10 mins before going to pick up my order! Walked in to at least 20 ppl standing in the small store just standing there infuriated! Not one pizza in the portal to pick up, not one pizza in the “hot & ready warmer” and not one employee who knew what was going on! My kids sat in the car for 30 EXTRA minutes while I waited! The first 10 mins I stood there waiting on the employees after they went around the room asking ppl what they ordered!!!??? Just totally clueless! Long story short, yes..I got my food and yes it was hot because they were cooking pizzas left and right, but the waiting time..the experience..the lack of gloves..no hair nets..like it was just not a clean looking, well established place!! I spent too much money last night for the headache I went thru for some Little Caesar’s!! Someone needs to reevaluate this place, that’s forsure. Not to be that person, but I’ll never be back!

they need to be wearing something over their facial hair. Guy working over the food with a long beard. And half the pizza was almost like a thin crust and the rest was thick and mushy. Not to mention I was standing there waiting for my online order to be finished at about the time it said to be there. They didn’t update the app and had me in line waiting and my food in the hot box waiting when I could’ve just grabbed it and been out of there. That’s why they have a code on it for customers to use and not have to deal with the line on a late weekend night.

The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because my pizza was hot. I did have to wait 15 minutes for a “hot and ready” though. My crazy bread was more like crazy dough. I have took some bad pizza home more then once. I never say anything or leave reviews because I know it can’t always be perfect but this is ridiculous. Mt Sterling Little Caesars is going to have to make some changes. If I knew how to leave a picture, I would.
