I don’t know if this location has changed management or something in the Couple years, but their food quality is really went downhill. That’s all I can say. Order the pretzel pizza got a regular pizza with salt on it. Breadsticks Hardly has any seasoning whatsoever about half doughy which I don’t have a problem with doughy as long as it has flavor, use to loveTheir food, but it definitely has changed over the last couple years

Check your food when you leave the drive through window. Paid for marinara and they were at best 1/3 full. Pizza was cold (I was there when the app told me to be) and the box lid was closed on the front of the pizza, stuck to the box.

Got told to pull forward and wait for our order. After waiting seventeen minutes for anyone to come out with food, two cars behind us that ordered after us got given their food before us. When the employee came out after returning inside once more they told us they got our order wrong and that we would have to go back through the line to get recharged the proper amount for their error. How can a place meant to serve ready pizzas operate without having any pizzas in the heat box at prime lunch time when not even busy, and only two employees who aren’t able to hear orders properly?

I called in an order of 10 pizzas and 4 crazy breads about an hour and a half before needing them. We set a time for pickup and it was ready when we returned. Thank you for the promptness and the delicious pizzas!

I ordered our food for delivery at 4:35 PM. I had my order in my hands by 5 PM. My pizza was hot. My crazy bread was also hot. My Italian cheese bread was so not. It was cold and hard. I called the store to explain the situation. The “manager” got on the phone never once stating her name. As soon as she heard the ICB was cold she immediately blamed our driver and started speaking over me. I understand stuff happens. I would have taken it up myself and traded it out. She hung up on me when I had to finally raise my voice to get her to be quiet and try to explain how it is a store problem not a delivery problem. Completely unprofessional. I have reported her to corporate. What I didn’t tell her is that I spent the day at immediate care with a respiratory tract infection. I was there also with my 80 yr old grandmother who ended up being diagnosed with pneumonia. Then the persons food that was cold and hard is just as sick as the rest of us but is trying not to die from it because of his underlying medical disorder. I was still willing to come back out of the house as sick as I am to make sure my husband got to eat something he felt he could handle. Take some accountability. Don’t blame the poor defenseless delivery driver bc I’m positive she didn’t drive holding it out the windows so only that part of the order was cold.

Waited in line for nearly 20 minutes only to be told they had nothing hot or ready and it would be at least half an hour before we’d get anything so we left. We went to the Pizza Hut down the road and paid more, but our order was taken right away and was ready in 15 minutes like they said it would be.

Expect to wait long periods of time for basic items. I had a 30 minute wait for a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. I was the only person there. Everyone was standing around.

This one is a rip off. They fill their sauce cups less then a third full. Only enough eat half of your crazy bread. Very deceiving especially if your home before you realize they got you. The only one that’s been to this bad.

Order was put in incorrectly and had to wait. Employees seemed to struggle with communication and their service related tasks. The wait on the order had me sitting to watch as the workers struggled to get food to those that had ordered after I and made the experience more than disappointing, it made it disastrous!
