I don’t go often, but tonight was my second time in a few months and the same lady up front, Jennifer, assisted me. She was more than helpful, informative and honest. She even offered to make a fresh pizza for me since the one available wasn’t super fresh. I can’t say enough nice things about her because people like her are rare. People are too quick to call out when they’re upset, but need to call out when someone goes above and beyond. Don’t lose that diamond Little Ceasars!

Some days you can go in and they’ll have hot n ready pizzas and be busy, then other days there won’t be a customer and they won’t have anything ready and you’ll have to wait 15 minutes for one. Also some days they’ll have only the $6 pizzas and then other days they’ll only have the $5 pizza’s. (Been 4 days in a row this past week) management needs to manage better

I will never do business again here. I have never seen a place so nasty. And the guy that was in back making the pizza had flour and oil all over his hands come up run the register went straight back without washing his hands and no gloves to finish making the pizza. And after seeing that I did not order any food. And the girl that was somewhat running the front was given really good deals to certain people. And the most important part is the girl that was running the front Saturday around 4 drop the pizza cutter on the floor picked it straight up and started cutting the pizzas with it again..

I came to this store at 9:05 on Wednesday. I had looked earlier and saw that the store closed at 10. I planned to get dinner for my family. The girl who identified herself as the manager informed me that they were closing early and they weren’t making anymore pizzas. I asked what she had ready. She told me one pepperoni pizza. She didn’t apologize or offer any explanation but was just like too bad for you. I will not be back!!!

Called three times within 15 minutes to place my order, no answer. When I walk in the door, girl is on the phone, leaning on her elbow talking to someone and just a giggling. She was not taking an order. There were no pizzas in the warming oven. The other employees were just standing around and there was one man standing and waiting on his pizza. When she finally gets off phone and takes my order, I asked her how long would it take, and she says 6-8 minutes. Ok, that is fine. That turned into over thirty minutes and some very soggy uncooked Crazy bread. The whole experience was awful. People walked in and back out because there were no pizzas ready, and people standing in line for over five minutes waiting to have their orders taken. When my pizzas were finally ready, she hands them to me and says, oh your Crazy Bread is just now going into the oven, I am having to teach someone how to do it. Ok, another five minutes. I see her take the Crazy Bread out and it still looks like dough, I knew this was not going to be good. She disappears into the back for another two to three minutes and comes back to tell me it will be ready shortly that she had to make them over. By this time I might have sounded kind of short, but I told her that this was uncalled for. She goes in the back and tells the other employees with a giggle in her voice that they need to hurry up, because she has customers getting mad at her. Well, needless to say, when I got my Crazy bread, it was limp and white as dough. It looked as though she had put it in the microwave to thaw it out and stuck it in the oven for a minute. I could have seen this maybe if it was at rush hour, but it was not. It was at 6:29 pm and only one person there. I was not very happy when I left there.

Everytime I go in this location theirs never anyone up front. Then the $5 Pizza is never ready only the upgrades. So your pushed to buy the $6 pizza to keep from waiting. This store has completely gone down in the past several months

I called 1 hour before I wanted my pizzas. When I went to pick them up they were not ready. Today when I called they would not answer the phone. I called multiple times. I go up there and they are in the back goofing off and on there phones. I ask for a 3 meat and they would not make me one and they don’t close till 10. Ether everybody has an attitude there or they goof off in the back or always on there phones. The management needs to do something with this place.
