The young staff are always nice and respectful however you can most definitely tell when someone cares about their job. The older manager is always rude. I placed an order today at 2:30 via phone. I was told 10 mins. I got there at 2:55 and it had not even been put in the oven. I am very understanding, we are all human but this is an all the time occurrence. Never any pizzas ready, takes 45 mins to get ready, manager is rude. I wish I was closer to West Mains LC at least their pizzas are “hot n ready”.

Look at the picture, these are suppose to be muffin size pizza bites and they less than golf ball size, no uniformity just messy. I can’t believe they actually sold them. If that’s the way they look at quality, I’ll find somewhere else to go.

My favorite place to get pizza. Unfortunately ever since they hired younger kids there, customer service is not the best. My pizza isn’t the same it’s so much greasier.
I think they need someone more responsible to manage a place like that, or they will lose a valuable customer and maybe even more.

Orders 18 Pizzas for my DARE Graduation 3 days in advance. Was alittle worried they wouldn’t be done or they forgot. Walked in and they had them fresh and ready to go. Best little caesars pizza I’ve had in a long time. Great job. Will deff order again for next graduation

3rd time I have went into this location to order and had to stand in wait as employees are on the phone. Also twice I have been told that none of the hot and ready pizzas in the heater are available and I must wait 30 minutes. Lastly, please check your order before leaving as I had two extra most bestest that ended up being cheese when I arrived home after a 30 minute wait .

I like little Caesar’s, but this particular location is horrible. 2 or 3 times in the past 2 weeks, I have stopped and ordered an extra pep pizza. Every time it felt as if I was eating the pizza box itself. I stopped today and ordered the same pizza. The cheese is almost hard, There’s little to no sauce on it. And I’m pretty sure that if I threw the crust at someone, it would kill them. This pizza has very obviously been sitting in that warmer all day and I was the unlucky guy to get stuck with it. I would rather by pizza from a gas station than to go back here to get a not so hot and been ready since yesterday pizza.

Was excited about the new Barnes Crossing location but that was pointless. My first visit was AWFUL! Don’t waste your time or money. 2 pizzas, a “cheesebread”, and 2 liter was $40. The cheesebread was actually a deepdish pizza with hardly any cheese in fact. The old world pepperoni pizza had literal stacks of pepperoni and was just piled on hardly cooked at all. Nothing was even remotely good enough to even eat. Total waste.
