I’ve never experienced a smoother pick-up for a meal in my life I don’t think. I ordered ahead for a 12:45 pick up and as I was pulling into the parking lot I got an email with the “Pizza Portal” code. I went inside, skipped to the side of the line entered the code and left with a hot fresher-than-usual Pepperoni Pizza perfectly topped and nice and melty ready to enjoy my lunch, definitely tip-worthy. The lobby did look a little sloppy but the food quality and service balanced that out.

The pizza was hot. It was not the correct pizzas, well one was a sausage only was supposed to be an extramostbestest Italian sausage, picture attached. I had paid online and didn’t check before leaving so shame on me. The crazy bread was dry but the sauce we good.

When ordering my items in person, my food was hot and fresh. I ordered the pizza and sticks and I order the philly cheesteak crazy puffs. Both were delicious.

Terrible. The lady at the from who took our order put in the wrong items after we told her specifically what we wanted and we waited a LONG TIME for something we didn’t even want. And we saw it was wrong she had a weird smile and said “well you gonna wait more”

Ordered a pizza for delivery. It never came. Called the store 90 minutes after it was supossed to have arrived, jerk kid insisted he was manager and he didn’t care that it wasn’t delivered, it wasn’t his problem, it was Door dash’s. I don’t care who you contract through for delivery, if someone orders a pizza from you, you make sure they get it. Kid refused to help repeating that it wasn’t his problem, then hung up on me. He closed the store before pizza was delivered. Corporate will be getting a contact. This kid needs to lose his job.
