Now Usually This Is My Favorite Little Caesars, But I Don’t Know What Was Going On Today. I Ordered Online And Got Italian Cheese Bread, Crazy Sauce, And A Custom Pepperoni Pizza With Extra Sauce. The Pizza Is Dry And Hard Look Like Its Been Sitting Out All Day. One Of The Slices Was Even Folded Upward. The Whole Pizza Looked Thrown Together With No Care At All. This Is Unacceptable.

Let’s just add another bad rating to the ongoing list because after reading the reviews I see why my experience was terrible this evening. This location has gone down hill so bad! I had a terrible experience at this location (5985 Stage Rd, Bartlett, TN) on 12/13/24. The manager on duty was extremely unprofessional, refusing to speak with me or even give his name. He yelled from the back kitchen “your money is no good here,” which was completely disrespectful and unacceptable. All this over a $10 pizza but I refuse to be disrespected like that. This was especially disappointing because the manager on 12/11/24 was amazing—kind, accommodating, and offered to remake my pizza on my next visit due to it being burned in the middle (that was like 2-3 bites on each slice) and the bottom was press out so thin. I couldn’t return that night but I wish I did. That great service was completely overshadowed by tonight’s rude behavior. I’ve been a loyal customer to this location, but this experience has left me questioning if I’ll return even though it’s in my area. I would rather drive 15min away to go to the next one. Management needs to seriously address this behavior. At least my money is good at Marcos tonight.

I went into the Bartlett Tn location to order a hot and ready. There were not any ready and the cashier told me that I would have to wait. While I waited, two new customers came in and ordered the same thing, but got theirs immediately. She even told them to have a “blessed day”. I asked how they got their pizza immediately and I had to wait, she (the redhead Caucasian girl with a cross necklace) became condescending and said that I had to wait because mine was in the back. When I asked why couldn’t I just get the hot and ready that was given to the other person, she rolled her eyes and said that she needed to get it out of the back. She then gets my food and slams it on the counter and walks away. No thank you, no have a “blessed day” nothing. Very unprofessional.

My wings were old and cold so I had to throw them ou. They were delivered through door dash in which the dasher did deliver timely as the app stated. I wasn’t able to return them due to being disabled and not having the ability to drive yo the location. They literally dumped the meat and other toppings on the melted cheese on the pizza. When I picked up the pizza everything fell off except the cheese. I hope this location closes that way people will appreciate their jobs. Also there’s a concern with cleanliness so I will be contacting the appropriate people to see about an inspection since I’m well acquainted with a few individuals at the health department. I hope they fire and rehire individuals that take pride into their jobs.

Pizza’s good and if you get a standard selection it’s pretty quick. Complicated orders might take a little longer but when they finally came out with my order they remade the order so I ended up with a little extra pizza which I appreciate it makes up for the time spent waiting at the store.

I ordered a Custom round pepperoni, Italian sausage with extra Italian sausage. I have been buying this once a week for months. Tonight I ordered it again. I got my pizza with mostly pepperoni and very little Italian sausage. It was loaded with sauce and pepperoni. Am not happy. They were having trouble ringing it up tonight. If I had of wanted a pepperoni pizza I would have ordered pepperoni which would have been cheaper. Disgusting!
