We ordered a Supreme Pizza and got 3/4 pepperoni and 1/4 Supreme. Not what we ordered. The Door dash guy had to wait 30 minutes past the time they said it would be ready. If you work any place, put some effort into making the work place better. A place to be proud to work at. Now, you have a goal to reach for. I wish you the best West Haven Team. ❤️ Show Knoxville Tn what you got! Good luck.

Went to purchase pizza for my family today. While waiting 20 minutes on one of the pizzas I couldn’t help but hear the shift manager on duty yelling at the 3 younger aged employees consistently in the back. She was also standing there biting her nails and spitting the nails everywhere while standing over them consistently bothering and finding reasons to nag them. But what bothered me the most is how she was antagonizing and brutally disrespecting those employees. I witnessed her tell an employee to do a specific task and when he went to do it she began yelling at him for doing it also threatening him that she knows what he is going to be doing when he comes back off of break!

The staff is very lazy. They stand around the back doing nothing while customers wait to get their order taken. Once they do greet you they make up excuses to not serve you. This has happened several times. I love little Ceasars pizza but wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Well we ordered thru pizza portal, pizza was done 20mins after the projected time which was no big deal,we didn’t mine to wait but then we got home and the Pretzel pizza was a huge let down. We ordered pizza sauce,it was made with cheese sauce, was just normal dough covered in salt and needed about 5 mins more in the oven. We love LC pizza just wish they could find employees that really cared about making quality products, most locations are definitely going down hill.

This is the pizza I got yesterday! Though I will say the fact that they didn’t burn it like they usually do is impressive but still… Come on guys! It’s like the employees don’t care what they’re serving people because every time I go to this location I have issues

Staff doesn’t work as a team, no communication going on except yelling and blaming each other. Bad look with a lobby of people waiting on food.

I’ve never had any problems with it taking a long time to get my food or the food being burnt, it’s always been great. The employees have always been very friendly and everyone behind the counter seems to jump in and help each other to get the orders out

How do I put it? Today, We placed 2 separate orders online and were met with an unusually long 40 minute wait time. We went to the nearby Walmart to get a couple of things and gave them ample time but I was notified through the app that my order was ready after over an hour of placing the order as “asap”. Once we got there the 1st order of a single pepperoni pizza and a crazy bread combo placed somehow wasn’t done by the time we got there. I was able to get my order through the portal but we still had to wait on the first one. While I waited inside I watched the cashier giveaway multiple orders of pizza to walk-in customers but if you placed an online order you had no choice but to pay. That same woman told another employee that “anybody else that comes in at this point she’s just going to give them pizza because she’s too lazy to ring it up.” She even tried to give me a free pizza but it was actually part of the order I was still waiting on that we had already paid for through the app. Had the other people in the store that was waiting on crazy bread not turned down the free pizza she would have given our pizza to somebody else. I should have checked the pizzas before we left the parking lot because they over-sauced both pizzas and shorted us on pepperonis on the one. P.s. A different employee accidentally dropped a spatula on the floor as I was heading out and I’m not sure if he actually cleaned the spatula or his hands after that before touching more pizzas. So in the end it took over an hour for them to make one classic cheese, one classic pep, and two crazy bread combos. Little Caesars do better.

Went and picked up a Hot & Ready pizza. Needless to say it was not Hot, but it was ready. This pizza is hard as a rock, called and the manager on duty said I have to return it to prove I actually got a pizza. I’m only allowed a 30 minute lunch. I don’t have time to return it.
