Went 2 times this week, both times a let down. Online special never work, employees refuse to honor their companys deals in person even when showing the deal, so when their app says call the restaurant, just know that wont happen. no one ever answers the phone. Me and my company sat in the drive thru after paying for 40 mins waiting to receive 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni. No one checked on the window period just kept looking at us. we had to get out and go in. Line was wrapped all the way around whole building. If you order pizza toppings, they are always right in the middle. After 1 bite you have a cheese. pizza. Or a bubble.

Don’t try to order a pizza after 9pm on a Saturday. This is the 3rd Saturday I’ve tried to order a pizza between 9:15-930 for carry out and they say they are closed. When asked when they close on Saturday the say 9 or 930. Evidently whenever they want even though there Google page says they close at 10pm. I guess it’s optional when they want to close for this location. Ownership should pay attention unless they don’t care that they are losing business. Looks like Papa Johns it is, again.

Terrible customer service. I walked in and no one greeted me to take my order for 5 min. 3 teenagers were all standing in the kitchen area laughing and talking, completely oblivious to anyone walking in. Then after I ordered a very simple 1 pepperoni pizza, I watched them laugh and goof off back there and ignore multiple other customers who walked in. I waited 32 minutes for a hot and ready pizza. Then, finally I asked how much longer and a girl handed me a pizza that had been in the case the entire time. I asked her why I had over a 30 minute wait when it was ready the whole time and she responded “my coworkers are slow”, then laughed and walked away. Huge waste of time and I will not be back. Very unfortunate.

We wont be coming back to this little Caesars. We waited for over 10 mins in the drive through. The workers look straight st us and would walk away. So I parked and went inside. Our pizzas were sitting there the whole time.

This little cesars needs to be shut down and given to another business that’ll actually do what theyvare supposed to. I’ve been hwre for over 45 mi utes and have watched multiple people come in and order after me get their food and leave. I’ve watched the brown haired girl Katie rub her shirt and move her hair back with her bare ungloved hands and go back to making food without washing them which is disgusting. Go anywhere but here. If you dont get sick from contamination you’ll never get your good in a timely manner. Kids always on their nasty phones and then touching food and other things without washing hands. Place is litteraly a kindergarten and run worse then one.

I just got home from my experience. I went through the drive thru and waited in the parking lot. 30 minutes later, I went in to check what was going on and I was told the pizza must be in the oven still But then they were running around saying it wasn’t seen on the screen and it was obviously missed.
