I love this place. Only reason I won’t give 5 stars is because several times when it snows I will call to see if they are open and their automated voice answer tells me they’re open. Just for me to get there and the entire place is shut down. Great food. I just wish they would update their phone service and online hours to reflect when they are and are not open during inclement weather.

For all the complainers out there:
Just because they work there, does not mean they don’t think and feel. They do their best to be polite. It’s only when the customer gets ancy that they reciprocate. Get a grip and grow some thicker skin
Don’t get mad at the workers about the prices. The staff don’t choose the prices
If something is supposed to be Hot and Ready but it’s not, guess what- human error. You are not royalty and they will not treat you as if you are
There are different stations with different people doing different things. If the person on the phone says 10 minutes, the person making the pizza might have 3 orders to make before yours. Again, you are not royalty. Do not expect such treatment
Don’t ask them to do things they aren’t paid to do, e.g., giving you the freshest item in the warmers because you don’t want an old one. They have a specific time window to abide by. They are not allowed to give you the Hot and Ready item after it’s been in there for a certain amount of time
They have specific measurements when dressing the pizzas. Do not ask for “extra, extra, extra” of anything. If you do, don’t expect it. (An argument can be made for 2 extras, but that’s besides the point). Don’t make them break the rules just to appease your own gluttony
The store closes at 10. Do not show up at 9:55 expecting them to make a Stuff Crust Crazy Crust Ultimate Supreme (or any custom pizza). Any pizza takes at least 5 minutes to cook

Little Caesars is quick, with their Hot N Ready options. For $8 it feeds the two of us for dinner, when I don’t make it back in town in time to cook, and we have leftovers for lunch the next day. No, it’s not to-die-for NY pizza but it’s the best in town and we like it.

I visited Little Caesars and had one of the worst experiences ever with customer service. There was this rude blonde girl who acted like she couldn’t care less about helping customers. She was dismissive and seemed more interested in talking to her coworkers than doing her job. And don’t even get me started on the red-haired employee – she was outright hateful, making snide comments and giving me attitude the whole time. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location.

I LOVE this place. look, it’s a little Caesar’s, so obviously don’t expect the highest quality in the pizza. However it is not by any stretch bad and the management (by which I essentially mean the very pleasant woman who is in there all the time when I order, I think she may be the manager?) is always very polite to customers. Very fast service on the average day and the Italian cheese bread is delicious. Good food for very little $.
P.S, the red pepper flakes here are so good for no reason, if you’re a spice lover definitely try them.

I chose Little Caesar’s because the reviews were much better than the other pizza places in town. However I was extremely disappointed. I was doing rehearsal dinner for my sons wedding and went this route because it would be simple and easy to do. My husband and I went four hours before we needed the pizza and ordered and paid for it. We gave them a time we wanted to pick it up and were told it would be no problem and would be ready when we needed it. We got there about 10 minutes early and gave them our name and we understood it might still be 10 minutes till it was ready. Well 40 minutes after our appointed pick up time we finally left with cold pizza that had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes and the boxes opened several times to see what was in It. Meanwhile multiple people came in and got pizza while we were waiting. Going back to 40 people standing around waiting on us as we brought cold pizza back was not an experience I am happy about at all!!

The food and the employees are 5 stars all around from my multiple experiences. The parking situation is absolutely terrible and is why i gave it 4 stars. Yes there’s a drive-thru but at busier times the line is 7 or 8 cars long and all waiting on items to be cooked so it can take a very long time. They need to figure out a way to purchase more land for more parking or move to a better location. I will say the parking doesn’t keep me from going there but i usually go around 3 or 4 to try and stay away from the crowds. We usually go once every other week.
