Order was on time after ordering on the app. 5 stars. Pizza and Italian Cheese bread were delicious. 5 stars. But sadly, I have to take away 2 stars for the crazy sauce. The containers were not even half full and they charge $1 for each one. Very disappointed. The containers used to be overflowing for 25 cents. What has happened? For $1 I want a full container of sauce. Italian cheese bread requires more sauce, and a customer shouldn’t have to pay $2 – $3 more to get 2 to 3 less-than-half-full containers of sauce.

They have literally changed to where u order from someone in another country that can barely speak English. Was the worst ordering experience definitely doesn’t help with accuracy it took me 3 times to remotely get it correct and still not sure if it’s correct. This is completely insane. These companies think it makes it’s more accurate and faster but is taking longer than usual and probably won’t be right. So how does this help and we literally eat her 5 to 6 times a month easy. No more I will order on the app before I do this again

Consistently the worst Little Caesars in the area.
Two most recent visits:
1. Pulled in and several employees were outside smoking at a vehicle across the parking lot, when I was inside waiting they came in and went right back to making pizzas without washing their hands.
2. Told the guy at the counter what I wanted to order and asked if it was ready right now, I wanted to order what was available to avoid a wait. He says what I wanted is ready. I order and this guy walks in the back, another guy comes up and says it will be a few minutes…. About 5 minutes later he shows up from the back with my pizzas and gives them to me. I drive home (5 minutes) and when I open my pizzas 3 of the 4 are VERY old and one is burnt. If they were already cooked why were they in the back and not the hot box? I think they didn’t actually have them ready and gave me pizzas they intended to discard, just my theory though.
Long story short, this place is a joke.

I haven’t had little Caesars pizza like Billy and Damian have been putting out here at fort henry in years. I drive past 3 other little Caesars to get here every time I’m in the mood for there pizza. Everything i order is fresh and perfectly executed. This makes 4 times in the last few months. That’s a record. Usually little Caesars isn’t something I crave. But there doing it right and it shows.

Usually so good. They were busy. My half of the pizza the cheese was brown with crust edges black burnt.
Time wise was so tight I ate it…Another minute it would have been inedible.

Called in my order and they said it’d be ready in 13 minutes, it was ready when I arrived(3 minutes early) and the staff was not only fast, the food was delicious, and the customer service was top notch. Definitely recommend and will be back soon

This is the second time I’ve gone into this Little Caesars and the employees look at you but nobody will wait on you I literally made eye contact with two different employees and still nobody approached the counter I suggest you go somewhere that wants your business

Clint the manager is an absolute horror to deal with.
Came in as usual with 10000 on me ( about to pick up my new car ) and refused my business. I gave him the chance to correct it by selecting from 100 bills.
He didn’t care and I had to overdraft from my checking account ( 50$ hit ) to get my FAMILY PIZZA.
Do not recommend using this particular location. Absurd. Since when has 100 became not legal tender?
Wow little ceasers, lost my business after this!!
I’ll be calling corporate when we finish dinner.
