1 star rating is too much for this resturant. I have been living in USA for more than 3 years, but never faced such a disrespectful atmosphere. It’s that one white girl who was very arrogant with hair falling on forehead with hat. She literally didn’t even close the bowl for me. Not even handed the food to hands properly. She was literally just throwing items on the bowl. Yes i’m an indian, is that all matter to them or what?? Its pure rascism. Remember you people are just like US right!?? Whats the difference?? Being respectful to others atleast to customers is a basic sense which this restaurant people doesn’t have at all. Even food and packing is not good at all, This is most frustrating experience in USA.That girl should be fired!!

We ordered a catering order from this location for a family dinner. It was absolutely the worst catering experience I can ever remember having. Despite ordering over 48 hours in advance, we waited 40 minutes for food. We received only half of the food we were supposed to (I confirmed with Chipotle’s headquarters that portion sizes should be 4oz per person… we received 2oz). Rice was plain, beans were unseasoned, chicken was burned, and multiple missing or incorrect toppings. To top it all off, when we c as liked to try to figure out how to correct things, they wouldn’t even answer the phone. The call thankfully was kicked up corporate and we are trying to get a refund now. If not, I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Have ordered from here for takeout many times, food is always wonderful. However, went today to pick up our food at about 4:45pm or so, and this younger, dark haired, emo styled (just best word to describe i guess) girl opens the window and stares at me. Thought nothing of it and told her i have pickup for “name”. She grabs the order, holds it out the window, and just stared again. I took it and said thank you and she just shut the window and didn’t speak a word at all.
Coming from a former fast food manager, Id definitely recommend teaching this girl some proper customer service or simply just hide her from the customers because that was honestly just disgusting. Thanks to whoever made the food, though! They seemed to be in a much better mood than the girl – based on how good it tastes.

Really disappointing visit. The place was dirty, the staff were grumpy, and the guacamole was spoiled but still being served. The young lady at the counter looked totally uninterested and just stared at customers. This was when there was no rush — imagine how it would be when it’s busy (though based on the Google reviews, it probably never is). Easily one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had.

If I could zero stars I would. The dinning room is closed and the drive through is for pick up orders only. Had to wait in a super long line and find that out after I got to the window. We put in a pick up order for two burrito bowls and the one bowl literally only had 3 things right in it. Both bowls were wrong though. It also had me pay at the window because it was glitching online and the workers acted like they couldn’t even process my payment. This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Skip it and go somewhere else to eat.

Update: Chipotle apologized after I reached out as directed below, in a short, probably AI generated statement via email. I wasn’t offered anything that would encourage me to return so it is clear that this problem isn’t a priority. I didn’t expect a full refund – but I at least expected something like a “free guac next purchase” since the guac was so unacceptable. But customer retention isn’t a priority I guess.
The workers do not greet or interact with you, so right off the bat it was clear this wasn’t going to be a pleasant experience.
My grandmother was with me, who had never tried chipotle before and was confused how to order. Rather than the young lady behind the counter helping her, she chose to just stare at my grandmother with an attitude, waiting for her to figure it out on her own – so I had to jump back and hold up the line to help her before finishing my toppings, which seemed to upset the employee waiting for me.
The guacamole was fully BROWN and nowhere near fresh. I asked if that was all they had, and a different employee said “that’s all we have today.” Clearly, it was made the day before for it to turn as brown as a tree stump – I have never been to a chipotle that didn’t have their signature fresh green guacamole. When I say brown, I don’t mean a light shade; This was the most disgusting shade of mocha for a product that is supposed to be a lovely vibrant green. I understand a little aeration in the afternoon but this was atrocious – way beyond a few hours exposure and nowhere near acceptable. We spent well over $50 for four meals, and the workers missed several ingredients in our bowls – but at that point we were exhausted and hungry after a long day of travel and were ready to leave.
Do not expect any type of positive customer service at this location – as talking to the customer seems to be asking too much from this group.

Town was pretty quiet and this location was out of stock for a lot of things. They dis not have beans and not even guac. Being a vegetarian, I could not eat here as primary veggies stuff was missing.
I was excited to find a chipotle while driving through but was disappointed.

First time at a chipotle heard so many things and it’s just so mid. The floor and the tables are so full of food its nasty. Employee at front was okay employee in the back were nice.food was okay but nothing exceptional.
