Im telling you there is always something wrong with this place. From staff who just sit around and talk. Hot’n’ready doesnt exist here due to lazy staff. You immediately do not feel safe pulling in here and atleast once a week the police are here for some reason. If you habe to come here I highly recommend not having your children with you.

Me and my 3 yr old son eat here once a week and it is normally always on point but we got a simple half cheese and half pepperoni pizza yesterday and it had no sauce on the cheese sauce and double on the pepperoni side. I hate complaining but I called and dude said they would make it right. Call the next night and the lady is all short with me like I’m lying but she gave me another pizza and it was dam near worse than the first. You can tell they held back on dough because you couldn’t even pick up a slice and they didn’t cut it all the way through either on purpose because I’ve never had to tear a piece from the other here lol. I hate being this type of person but your boy definitely will not be tipping here anymore. I always throw 5 for a tip just for 1-2 pizzas tops but not no more!!

Pulled into the drive-thru and sat there 5 minutes before anyone registered the car in front of me. Then I decided to pull around front and go inside. Once inside two other people were in line and no one at the register or the front of the store. Stood in line another 5 minutes with no results. I am taking my business elsewhere would not recommend at all.

Ordered online and picked these burnt-to-a-crisp crazy puffs! I hadn’t ever had a problem with this location, until this time! The manager was supposed to refund my payment, but that never happened . I’ve never been charged for marinara either, until this same visit! I don’t know if I’ll ever eat here again.. wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.

There was no line when I pulled up. I had to wait a few minutes to get a regular cheese pizza. I didn’t mind. I ran to the store across the street and when I got back, it was ready. The staff was welcoming when I got there and apologetic for the wait. It was the hottest pizza I ever got from here.
