After reviewing restaurants across Uganda for the past 8 years, this has to be one of the worst if not the worst I have ever reviewed. Although we waited for over an hour and they gave us a couple of drinks to compensate which was nice. However the food was terrible and the portion size was ridiculously small. Also items missing from our order. We ordered for takeaway and the shawarma was extremely small with not even a handful of chips, the chicken shawarma they had put little vegetables inside and they had put very little chicken and substituted the chicken with chips inside this is a scam. Also chips missing from the other meals and when we asked they gave us a handful of chips. Also asked for onion rings for 7k. What we got was half a handful of fried onions this isn’t onion rings even the waiters knew this but the chef didn’t care. Also on the menu was tiramisu which as everyone knows is a coffee and cream cake, what they gave us was a very small scoop of ice cream with coffee poured on top with coffee beans terrible. The whole experience was terrible. I asked if I could speak to the owner the manager told me they were out of the country. Which I dkng believe as I saw an Egyptian guy checking the till. I would never visit again and I would urge others to avoid. My suggestion to the owner is to close the doors and only open it once they are serious about serving good food. I felt sorry for the waiters.

They’ve got a huge selection of fresh juices (so good!) and the food was just incredible, honestly, one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Everything from the starters to the main course was spot on.

They almost forced us to give them a good review without even having our food. I told them I want to wait for the food and they got very rude. I think all those good comments are because of their pushing behavior. Next to that… My pizza was cold. we had to wait for more than 1h and the restaurant was empty. So it’s not just very bad service. It’s also bad food.
