This store is the WORST store in Nashville. Whether I’m ordering directly from the store or through DoorDash, they NEVER get your order right. Today I decided to leave a review because I’m pissed. I had company show up unexpectedly and didn’t have time to cook.
The first time I ordered… I asked for TWO deep dish, pepperoni pizzas. I received ONE “Slices and sticks” pizza which is half pepperoni pizza, and half breadsticks.
So I re-ordered and I actually called the store to make sure I would get two pepperoni deep dish pizza. The guy on the other line, who said he was the manager, said he would take care of it.. TWO PEPPERONI DEEP DISH pizzas… but I received … once again ONE SINGLE PIZZA THAT WAS ONCE AGAIN, HALF PEPPERONI PIZZA, HALF CRAZY BREAD. Even though on the receipt on the front of the box, it said two items pepperoni deep dish, pizzas. I’ll never order from here again.

Ordered delivery, half my items weren’t delivered. Called the store, the guy who answered said, “I’m really busy, just come in.” No hello. No this is little Caesars even. Just rudeness. Tried to explain what happened and he told me not his problem and hung up. That’s not acceptable, at all. Tried to call back, they won’t answer now.

I’m disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit. The employee at the counter was more focused on their phone instead of assisting customers. It felt unprofessional and made the experience unpleasant. I hope the store can improve service by paying more attention to customers.There was no politeness to customers at all. The employee was rude and didn’t show any respect or basic customer service.

I placed an online order for pepperoni puffs with the crazy sauce. I received cheese puffs instead. I’ve called this location about 20 times now because I want what I paid for, and the phone just rings until it hangs up. To add injury to insult, the cheese isn’t all the way melted, and the puffs are cold. You can a look at the attached picture yourself and see no pepperoni and shredded cheese not melted. Check your food people, better yet, you might want to visit a other location. SMH

Be careful when ordering pizza here if you’re getting a hot and ready. Cought the guy working today I ordered a hot and ready he rang me up an extra most bestest. When I pointed it out to him that he didn’t give me an extra most bestest and was obviously trying to overcharge me for a hot and ready that didn’t appear to be fully cooked. Wanted to cuss me. Take the extra 10 minutes drive and go to a different one .

Located near Plaza Mariachi, so area can get a little crazy on Friday and Saturday nights. Pizza’s are great…and actually look like the one’s you see on television. Can highly recommend…..
