Maybe it was training day, but at 7pm on a Sunday; maybe not the best time to have a bunch of guys that are still learning to do their job is not the best time to have them at the store with the manager that’s just sitting on his butt while the store fills up with customers and then proceeds to describe said customers as “rats coming from the streets” to the front counter worker so that the whole front of the store can hear him. Granted most of the customers were Hispanic non-english speaking, but there were some that were. On the food side, the $56 order that I placed, was very subpar compared to the orders I’ve put in previously. I will drive to Smyrna from now on for my LC orders. Lord willing they will have their act together there.

There is no reason my food should look like this. The employee at the counter opened the box and checked it before giving it to me and STILL proceeded to give me this !!! There was no line. I was the only one there. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

Currently undergoing a renovation. Looks like the facility will be amazing when they’re done. Unfortunately, staff renovations can’t happen fast enough.
We’ve ordered multiple times at their location. Each time, we’ve been disappointed.
-> Their “Hot ‘n Ready” has to be custom made.
-> Ordering ahead, doesn’t guarantee (even 20+ minutes later) that the food will be ready.
-> Staff don’t know how to effectively manage the front room or registers.
-> When we got home, the pizzas weren’t satisfactory.
Corporate customer service follow-up is a joke. We’ve notified corporate multiple times about the location, and have yet to hear back from any store or corporate management (even after requesting we be contacted).

Just not too good of an overall experience. Called in to order 2 deep dishes to pick up. Gave her about 20 minutes. Came in paid. Still waited. Meanwhile I noticed the tiles was coming off and also. NOBODY WORE GLOVES OR HAIRNETS and 2 of the 3 employee had earbuds hanging from their ears. After waiting for an additional 15 minutes the lady was like asked me again what I had got and she said “oh we have it here “.They had it in the heater the whole time. Just not a good experience and not a nice place to look at or visit

Had a cooked cockroach in our food yesterday. Lady did refund our money and was apologetic, but the more I think about it, the nastier it is. Could have ran through pesticides all else and you know the fact it was a cockroach.

The cashier then said that she had one ready so I said I’d buy it .
After paying for it I open the box and saw that it was a regular thick crust so I told her that I didn’t want it and asked for a thin crust mostest pepperoni again
The cashier literally rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to go to where the pizza gets made. At that point I told her I didn’t trust her and I asked for my money back
I told her she rolled her eyes at me and she justified her actions by saying “because you asked for the pizza
I then got my money back and left.
