Quoted 10-15 minutes. Cashier walked away midtransaction and never came back. Others came in and ordered and received their food, I still waited. 35 minutes later another Cashier asked what name my order was under and I told him she didn’t ask for a name. He finally finished the transaction and 10 minutes later, it was finished. 50 minutes total. The food was excellent, but one person was providing horrible service and thankfully one was great. Was fun watching customers come back in and take sodas from the cooler. No one was up front to notice. Definitely a huge let down.

Waited 30 mins for my pizza tonight, picked up around 8pm drove 30 mins home and when my daughter went to eat her pizza she informed me there wasn’t one drop of sauce on her pizza. I called and told them and was told I need to drive all the way back up there to get a refund or new pizza. I’d spend more in gas than the pizza cost, this is ridiculous.

My daughter, husband, and I went right before closing. The only thing we could do was the drive-thru. The pizza was old and cold. We ordered the pretzel crust pizza, and it was so disgusting. I have never experienced anything like this from this location ever.

I received a pizza with maggot eggs on the side of the pizza. I came in earlier today. So happens I was scrolling through Facebook and happened to see another family with the same issue!!!! Even know no one one wanted to help me or not even her according to her post, the health department will be paying you all a visit. Her kids consumed one of those pizzas she bought. I bet if it was yourself or your kid you would be making a huge deal about it!

We called ahead to order our pizza with very light sauce and pepperoni ( because the pizza sauce gives us heart burn). When we got there 15 minutes later we parked out front and waited another 15 minutes. You can’t go inside to order or pick up your order all you can do is go thru the drive thru. They had saved our order under the names Kay. So they couldn’t even find it at first ( we told them to put it under James). And we didn’t realize it untill we got all the way home, but they didn’t make our pizza with light sauce at all. They just pulled one of the hot and ready pizzas outta the warmer and gave it to us. Needless to say the pizza didn’t get eaten and we wasted money again trying to buy pizza in Phenix city.

Gave it one star to get your attention. We ordered the pretzel pizza and it was awful. Super salty crust with a gooey valvita cheese that tasted like a chemical mixture. All their other stuff is good for the price.

Ordered my pizza for 7pm didn’t get it until 7:15 and it was a carry out timed order. When I told the CSR my name they act like they didn’t want to serve me. There were like 10 employees in the back horse playing. The pizza maker slammed my pizza into the lobby heat rack. When I got my order the both pizzas were thin in the middle and pepperoni was not spread to the edge. Def won’t be back to this one.

Waited forever on pizza in the line more than once because order went to next day instead of that night, after waiting more than 30 minutes after first time around finally got pizza went home and ate and everyone in our house was sick for 24 hours!!
