I ordered some crazy puffs using my T-Mobile T-life perks. They were free with a purchase. I should’ve checked my box before I left the store. When I got home and was ready to eat them, they were burnt and hard as a brick as if they were old and had been reheated. I ended up throwing them away. They were playing loud music and using profanity. I probably won’t be back to that location.

Today I went into Little Caesars Pizza and ordered an Pepperoni Hot & Ready and the new manager passed me the pizza and the pizza didn’t look good I asked her for a new 1 and she did give me a new pizza but it still looked the same. The pizza was so nasty, tough, hard, and just wasn’t worth the price. I wasted my hard earned money! I don’t know what’s going on with this Little Caesars Pizza but this store have went all the way down. I wouldn’t recommend this pizza place right now… I thought we was going eat some pizza, watch some lifetime movies but we didn’t. I had to go somewhere else and get some food.

It is currently 9:31pm. I called to place a togo order. I am about 15 minutes away and she said she could not take my order because they close in 29 minutes, I said well i’m 15 minutes away 20 AT MAX and she said okay well you will not be able to pick up because we close in 29 minutes. WTH has this place become? What used to be a lively place with the masked manager is now a soulless pizza place that resembles a SAW film. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am to see this store transform back to a place where the employees care more about whoever or whatever is in their phone more than the clearly overcooked pizza. If they’re not aloof they appear annoyed at the mere presence of a customer. I’m well aware that the economy is forcing cuts and restructuring but Demopolis may have lost a pizza place with the change of management and staff because no way this continues on how it’s running.

Pizza was great, but……we picked up a medium cheese and pepperoni for an evening picnic in the town square. When we opened the box, the pizza had not been sliced. We did manage to divide up the pizza in quarters. I know the staff can do better.

This location closes WAY TOO EARLY. They are gone before the closing time of 9pm. They also don’t accept ONLINE orders and their phone orders are taken by an Overseas Call Center that doesn’t speak English.

Ordered Cheesy Sticks X2 for pickup along with 4 pizzas. While they were able to fill the order immediately, and the pizzas were correct, I’m not sure what was in the Cheesy Stick boxes, but I think they were leftover pepperoni personal pizzas from lunch and it was about 6:00 p.m. Suffice to say, that whatever they were, they were extremely dry and tough. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice the error until we were home, over 20 miles away.

It was a wonderful experience. Best of all the Little Caesar’s places I have visited. Very courteous employees and very clean place to get take out. Their Hot & Ready pizzas are great. You also get free treats every month when ordering through app.
