I’m sorry to write a mediocre review, but our experience on a Saturday late afternoon was not good.
The music was too loud, and the dining area was somewhat messy and dirty.
Then we noticed that the meat on the grill was burnt and the air above it was full of smoke. I told the young woman behind the counter, she just looked at it and laughed and did not even lower the flame.
Seeing that the meat (also in the trays) was burnt, I asked for a burrito with only rice, beans and cheese. They were not generous with the portions, although those are the cheapest ingredients, yet they charged me for a chicken burrito. It was not a satisfying meal.
I was surprised by the high price ($37 for two people) and asked for the receipt. I saw that they mistakenly charged me for 3 burritos instead of 2. The cashier woman said it was because one burrito also added guacamole, but I reminded her that’s $2.65, not $9. It took a while to double check and resolve, while others were waiting in line.
Mexican food is generally healthy and tasty, but apparently not at Chipotle. The only way to add flavor is with guacamole or pico de gallo, but that’s spicy (like the tofu, unfortunately). The juices in the fountain are way too sugary, they give me heartburn.
Many Chipotle locations around Boston have deteriorated in the last couple years, possibly because they’re understaffed and/or under-motivated.

This location is my friend and I’s all-time favorite location, but i will say, our last experience here had some inconsistencies to it. The portion was way under par and was something to truly complain about. Instead of the normal tin lips to the bowls, they were using aluminum foil because they ran out of the covers. i couldn’t shake my bowl due to this. And finally, almost every time we come here, the food I get is cooked to perfection, but on this occasion, the chicken was extremely salty and was almost inedible. I am still proud to call this place my second home. I would just prefer that next time, these inconsistencies don’t happen. Love you chipotle waltham!!

The food is generally good most of the time. However, there was one instance when my burrito was poorly made by an employee who was distracted, talking to a coworker while preparing it. The burrito fell apart, and all the contents had to be transferred to another tortilla… The size of the burrito also varies, with it being a little small sometimes. Still, it’s usually a reliable spot for a quick good meal !

I’m not surprised why this place has 3,5 stars. I’ve placed an order via the app. I have a saved order and choose it all the time. So, I’m sure I can not make a mistake.
I never order corn because I have a corn allergy. It doesn’t make sense to add it to my order.
As you already understand, servers added corn to my order. And the problem is that they add it a lot, all over the bowl. So, I just threw it out. It was impossible to sort it.
The other concern that I’ve left a review over the app, and nobody reacted to it. I paid for nothing because, due to someone’s mistake, I threw the bowl.

The food was absolutely a disgrace to Chipotle I’ve ordered some food from there and when I got home and see what you have given me I ended up giving it to my dog It was the worst I have ever seen it was the same as dog food so I give it to a dog I hope somebody can take advantage of this Review and do not order from this place as this place the staff is very unprofessional you have too many bad apples for on a good one to grow do not go avoid at all costs it’s a waste of time and money

Ordered Uber eats from this location. Ordered a VEGETARIAN bowl, with chips, salsa on the side and a drink. The entire order I received was incorrect. The things I wanted on my bowl was completely wrong. I received what I am assuming is chicken on my bowl which is a big mistake in my opinion. There wasn’t any side salsa and my drink was not there. I know it wasn’t my Uber contacts fault as the bag was taped shut. So beyond frustrated that I spent all the money to get a comply wrong order.
