Every time I called to order the phone is always busy. The night staff doesn’t answer the phone so they want have to make the orders. This has happen on several occasions. I started calling at 7 and when I got off at 8 it was still busy. When I spoke to one of the workers about it He says you’re the second person that said that I am gonna check on it. As I was leaving I heard him asking where’s the phone. When I have worked an 8 hour shift I don’t want to have to sit and wait 15 or 20 minutes for pizza I am tired and ready to go home.

The people are great when I’ve been, either on the phone or going through the drive-thru. Good food too, the fresher the better! If there’s an event you need catered, can call them up a few days early to check about getting some pizzas ready for it. Hope this helps!

Okay. I have got pizza here many times. My last visit(this one), I went through the line ordered and told them that I would be back because I had errands to run, and they had to cook it any way. I was an hour after ordering and paying for it. I go through the drive through to pick up. They did not have my food which I had already paid for. They recooked it in a timely fashion. I thought I would have got a coupon for next time or something, but I did not. If I had not paid for the food, I can see sending it on the way with next person who ordered that type. BUT I did pay before leaving and going to the other stores that I had to stop by
