Better than it has been before. The customer service was good. Husband was very pleased with the pizza we had made, the Hot & Ready cheese pizza wasn’t the greatest though. The Crazy bread was awesome this time…soft & super buttery!

Came in to grab a pizza on the way home from work and wow was i shocked by what i saw. Patiently waited at the front counter for roughly 10 minutes while the entire staff did their best to avoid eye contact with me or greet me which gave me time to look around. For starters there are flies and insects EVERYWHERE. I’ve never seen so many bugs in any establishment, food or otherwise. Every surface in the place was filthy, the floors, counter tops, glass. Everything was covered in grease and dirt. Especially the floors. The health dept rating is not readable from where the customers are standing, for good reason I’m sure. If I were in the mood for little ceasers in the future (which I seriously doubt I will be after this) i would drive miles out of my way to go to literally any other location besides this one. If they were shut down by the health department in the coming days or weeks, i would not be remotely surprised. Honestly they need to be, atleast until they get the bug situation straightened out because you know they are laying eggs everywhere in that place.

Terrible service. Waited 30 mins for them to say they couldn’t do my order a certain way after I paid. No one said a word. I’ve have ordered it a tons of times that way from this location and others. All it is slices and cheese with no pepperoni. Literally all you have to do is not add pepperoni to the pizza?? Bad communication. Bad management. Did get a refund.

I wouldn’t give one star if I didn’t have to. Went in at about 8:45 and the guy behind the counter says “What can I get for you” we ordered 2 supremes and a guy comes from the back and says “We are not making anymore pizza tonight ” mind you that they don’t close until 10pm. Do your job or get a different one!!

Went in and there were 4 employees total with only 1 doing his job, I was there for over an hour waiting on 1 pizza. The other 3 employees were standing around talking with a line full of people in the store and at the window. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!

Update: the girl that is working at this location is the most hateful person ever. We ordered 2 Italian cheese breads. Got home and it was 2 pepperoni deep dish. I called them to tell them and she had the nerve to argue with me and ask if I’m sure? I said Yea, I’m looking right at them. I know what pepperoni looks like lol She hung up on me! We order the same thing every week and for someone to be this rude when they are the ones that made a mistake is unacceptable. We will take our business elsewhere
